It's a 1973 Nissan Skyline so if you can't say anything else nice about the game, you can say that the dev has good taste in cars lol.

It's a games-as-art piece commenting on the shallowness of porn games. Roughly, the screenshots tell the story just as the game (probably, didn't play lol) does, in a sort of meta-gaming commentary on the essential void that is the entire genre.
