Not sure what "humanity has vanished from the earth" means in the context of the game,
but assuming all men vanished from the earth, "to find the people he loves most" would be a titanic task, considering all those horny women who will dry his balls along the road.

Going of the intro it seems as though there was an explosion then all of the people everyone has disappeared so the MC goes searching for his family.
