If I remember correctly The Leisure of Grisaia is "all-ages", or something around there.
I doubt it has sexy-time stuff.

EDIT:
Unless it's like the anime specials in that the penis is replaced with things like bananas, then the tags kind of make sense.
Won't know until we play it though I guess.

Also, the VNDB page shows no sexual content.

The Leisure of Grisaia is supplementary material for the "Common Route" aka you haven't chosen a girl yet in The Fruit of Grisaia. Think of Fruit as Episode 1, this can be considered 1.5 and when you get to a girl's route, then it's Episode 2.

Well, that's what's confusing me. I would expect the parent story to be the first part but it says Eden is the parent story. In the play order in the spoiler, Eden is last. Maybe I'm just being dumb?

Parent story is not exact. (for people who discover the serie)
The parent story is not "The Eden of Grisaia". (third game)
The parent story is "The Fruit of Grisaia". (first game)
You can know it as well with the .exe in the game file
It is called "GrisaiaAno1".
When the 2 side stories of "The labyrinth of Grisaia" are "GrisaiaAno2" and "GrisaiaAno3".

The order:
1. The fruit of Grisaia
1.1 The Leisure of Grisaia
2. The labyrinth of Grisaia
2.1 The Afterglow of Grisaia
2.2 The Melody of Grisaia
3. The Eden of Grisaia
