I don't see the animated tag on the thread, but then I checked the changelogs and I see something like this:

Added 3 levels of fame:
3rd
- Date with Laura.
- Ability to call and invite Laura to visit (2 cg animations).
- The first 2 units of the cartel (2 after fight animations).

Soooo... does it have animated scenes or not?

Options that I have found:
1. Turn off/on the light switch
2. Touch the door

If you touch the door the guard comes and there is a sex scene with the Boss. This can be repetead many times. Is there a way around it?

No, you must switch the light off, and then touch the door.
At least, you must crawl towards the guard to cross the door and flee
