In order to lower her pink arousal meter during the night raids, you have to go to the hospital where a doctor will "treat" her issue. Choose "relieve arousal". Unfortunately the service isn't cheap ($100)

no, after a while I just reloaded an old saved and avoiding buying that drug
Also, I'm at a point in which I need to rummage in the closet to find clothes to blend with the prostitute, but I click a thousand times on the wardrobe in her room and she just put on the robe.
What do I have to do?

how do you get out of the dog costume in the cartel room? when I intract with the door it just says "how to open it?"

I love the whole scene leading up to this so much, it's a shame that it ends with all this messing around trying to squeeze past the guard.
Super annoying, not fun, not sure why the guard doesn't actually come into the room so you can actually understand what to do.
