So it wasn't something about my PC or save file! I had the same problem, I just wanted to check the new roommate content and just slept and didn't pay rent. The game broke down pretty quickly.

That's due to me forgetting to add a variable check to that specific scene.
Basically it was supposed to check if you had at least 1500 or more in debt, since you didn't have that amount in debt, you would instead get a blank screen. I've patched it on my end, but it's not ready for public release yet. However you can fix it a variety of ways yourself.
Use the emergency escape until your debt is 1500 or high, escape chastity, or skip that scene. If you have any issues please let me know and I'll do my best to address them.
About the Computer Gaming Skill in the game :
The game allows the mc to play the Arcade at the Mall and meet Nikki there (storyline).
The mc can also train their Gaming Skill at home.
Overall the Gaming Skill is not that well explained nor displayed in the UI so that it's more like a black box or mystery.
Here are some hints taken from the coding in the html-file :
Gaming :
- Home -> Computer -> Play Games (+2h)
- Mall -> Arcade (+2h, -20$, chance to meet Nikki)
Gaming xp (random 8 .. 15 xp per game? -> average 12 xp)
Level : xp : You feel like you ...
0 : 000 .. : ... are a complete beginner.
1 : 100 .. : ... are a complete beginner.
2 : 250 .. : ... are starting to get a hang of this, but have a ways to go.
3 : 400 .. : ... could probably beat most amateurs, maybe even win a competition if you're lucky.
4 : 600 .. : ... are quite good. Not the best, but quite good.
5 : 850 .. : ... have nothing left to improve on. You truly are a gaming master.

A small bug :
After revealing roomie's butt plug, the follow up event "The best jewelry money can buy and no-one gets to see it!" may trigger 1-4 times in the morning.
Maybe add a timer so that this event does not trigger more than once a day or week.
(Maybe also add some images since this event in current version is text only.)

A question: do the various pills and supplements do anything? Character has been taking them for weeks and there is absolutely no discernable change.
And suggestion/request: Game could use a way to view a zoomed-in version of MC's sprite. I play on a laptop and for a lot of small stuff like piercings I just have to take the game's word that they are there because the character's pic is so small. (And if there already exists a way then it needs to be more obvious because I cannot seem to find it).

In case you want to change mc's body, go to the Mall and visit the clinic ... it's not expensive to increase/decrease boobs, etc. or turn mc full female.

First time I closed a game like this due to its UI. This is quite literally the worst UI design I've ever experienced.

You drop the html into the game folder, and then run from the new file.

Trigger the roomie chastity content (accrue a bunch of debt by not paying her and continue to masturbate with your uncaged penis multiple times), then keep not paying her/doing chores. Eventually when your debt is over a certain amount and you fail a chore she'll trigger the maid content.
