Same art style, one of the character is actually just a copy pasted as all the characters here with a different hairstyle and the name is very similar.

Either way, we will know for sure if it's still at 0.3 in 5 years.

Based on the near identical artstyle and name nomenclature, this is Dr. Bones rebranding.

What I dont understand is why? He already had a popular game with Bone Tales: The Manor and the last time he tried starting a new project while he was still developing Bone Tales: The Manor, that new project ended up dying and being a scam. It was so forgettable I dont even remember its name.

Probably because he could not shake off the terrible (and well deserved) reputation of milking his patreons and releasing just that one update per year to show that "see? I'm working on it!" so people didn't care much for his second game. Personally I have low expectation that this dev is actually a fan willing to complete a game and not the infamous cow farmer BUT, if so, all the better and good luck to him.
