Ren'Py - The Mind Society [v0.6] [Milf Trainer Games]

A simple concept yet it carries the story pretty well. Story line has me pretty intrigued and engaged early on and the power isn't blown out of proportion. The flashback scene was especially well rendered and written.

There were also surprising amount of animations that are almost on par with those of Treasure of Nadia so much kudos to the dev for that. Still needs a little proofreading but nothing too big

Very good game, with some nice visual and gorgeous girls, with a very insterestic story of mind control and secret society, although not very present in the game(due to early acces) the mind control mechanic seems cool, can't wait for more

And this one was one of the most fun game ideas/alpha I´ve played. I hope they add more free roaming to the game, more free of choice to the player and repeatable events related to the commands you can give to the npcs.

A proper game in the mind-control genre, with good graphics, an exciting story, but in an early phase still.

Game-play: 3/5
The game struggles with a conflict between wanting to be a sandbox game and a visual novel: My advice would always be a VN but at the moment it is neither here nor there. You may navigate "freely" on 3 occasions, but this is always used as a subtext to continue a linear storyline. It works right now but might become a problem in the future.

Renders: 4/5
The renders are good but in my Opinion not great. The detail and lighting is well done but the models seem to all share the same body type, so I guess I would consider the variation as lacking.

Story: 5/5
Loving it. Honestly I would usually consider this a B- game with 4/5 but the Story and the very fitting writing manage to pull it up. Right now it's all still rather mysterious but the narrative that is started here is enough to keep you playing and waiting for the next update.

Writing 5/5
The writing fits the story perfectly. It's still lacking in some aspects, the characters we meet still need a bit of depth but most other aspects are written well to remarkably well. Especially the Egypt flashback comes to mind. "Perhaps you are a frog who lived it's entire life at the bottom of a well. And we are the ocean." Don't know if that is quoted from somewhere but that is some damn fine writing.

Renders are technically high quality, and an it is interesting story line so far. Needs a good mix of nasty girls who can be humiliated, and nice girls who can be rewarded and helped.

Very promising. Look forward to more episodes, and more characters.

Review for Version 0.4.1

As this Game is still in it's "early Stage", i'm not going to be too harsh.

In terms of Content, i have to say that there is a good amount in the Game, and the Quality of said Content is satisfying. the Renders are very good looking and the Animations are hot. I know that some everyone has it's tastes but i personaly really enjoyed how the Women looked.

Gameplay was very simple and straight forward, i wasn't "lost" during the Game, i always knew where i had to go and what to do next. No Grind.

The Story is still being developed, but the Foundation is there and it looks promising and interesting. The Characters themselves still need to be fleshed out more, but, as this is 0.4.1, it is to be expected that there is still a lack of information with some Characters, so, not a big negative for me.

This is a Porn Game, so people will always want to know "Is it hot? How are the Sex scenes?".

Yes, it is hot, hot girls, good Sex scenes, you will definetly enjoy it.
I look forward to the next updates.

Definitely an interesting game with great renders.
It's still way to early to guess what direction the game will take, whether it will go full degradation, or if perhaps a more subtle and vanilla "influencer" path will be available.
What I do find very well done, is how the main character starts out as an infant with his new power, and actually gets to waste some time just fooling around with it.

I will keep it short. This is just great. It has all the bells and whistles of a competently made mind control journey. A secret society. A fledgling MC that must grow his powers. Rules that must be followed. Stuck up bitches to tame.

The writing is actually quite excellent save for some typos here and there. You can tell the author has put in some thought into the world building and nature of the mind control mechanics. There is one bit where someone explain to MC that his target is experiencing cognitive dissonance and that segment was quite intelligently written.

The game gets high marks for some intangibles like flavorful non-sex animations and a "loading screen" for driving to a far destination.

Some things like sound effects and short (but frequent) free roaming segments are a bit of a wash for me. It's not off putting or annoying, at least so far, and that's more than I could say for many other games that have such things.

There are some rather unique models that I haven't seen before, and they mostly look great. I am not a big fan of having little to no dialogue during the sex, but I can understand that is a subjective matter.

It's still pretty much in the prologue or early chapter 1 in terms of progression, but the quality is unmistakable. Fans of mind control genre should give this a shot at some point.

This game has the potential of being great depending on how it gets handled. In it's current state it's definitely worth trying, long enough to let you know what'll shape up to be, but short enough if it's not your cup of tea. The pros are definitely the renders and animations while the cons are how dang short it is currently and the rather formulaic plot (even while formulaic it's handled competently) .

This game is fabulous. With a simple hook and room for a twisting and deep story, I can't wait to play more. I am actively enjoying the beginning to this tale as the protagonist tests his limits and understands his situation. Future installments are looking to be engaging and fun the deep he dives into the Mind Society.

I struggled between 3 and 4 stars. The only reason is due to the limited content. I decided 4 stars because what is there today is EXTREMELY polished. However, I personally wish I would have just waited a bit.

The story seems like it will be good, the writing seems like it will be good, the characters seem like they will be good.

You can see the models, I am a big fan. The animation is just as good, and you may even be surprised to find some things animated that other games would not (minor things, like a navigation effect or rolling bg in a car ride). The H animations are great too.

So... the developer of this game cares about the right things, it seems. It's just, they have not had the opportunity to flesh those things out enough, in my opinion. There is still wankable content in here but... not much, and not with primary characters. But stay tuned. I have faith this will grow into a 5 star game.

designs 9.5/10 - love the way the women look.

renders 8.5/10 - really good. actually probably some of the best out there. only critique i have is the vagina/anus area looks plastic-y and hard, not soft/attractive. i think a lot of games try to go for a milf looking vagina and just end up making something either gross or unattractive. the best vagina/anus renders i've seen just do a really soft young/virginal looking vagina. if this is because it's much more difficult to make an attractive erotic older looking vagina, then i think it's much better to just make a younger/virginal looking vagina (even if it doesn't necessarily line up with the character profile). it would be ideal to have attractive and appealing vaginas that fit a character's profile but i personally think it'd be better to have attractive looking vaginas that all look soft/young than having a vagina that tried to go for an ambitious erotic/more used vagina that ends up just looking gross.

pacing 5.5/10 - so far the weakest thing. it's still early and i look forward to how it progresses but already i feel like the game is too slow with content especially with how slow this game updates. i loved this game since first release but it was like 3-5 months i think from 1st release to 2nd release. it is quality, so maybe it's a matter of it just takes the developer that long to produce x amount of content but i'd really like to see that content then have something really satisfying if it's not going to be regular/frequent updates. my favourite sex fantasy games usually start with an opening "hook" scene that isn't all out but involves somekind of sex in the style of the game, often with a little bit of personality or flavour. then introduces new characters who might be held back or reserved for later scenes in the game but overall the game as a whole has consistently satisfying scenes throughout (and the end of game going all out with the most built up content). a good example would be an introduction with maybe a mom/sister tease that you can't have sex with until later on because of taboo but then having a milf/cougar/neighbor character or maybe a classmate or teacher who is more loose have the first sex scene to conclude the beginning/opening to the game. then introduce a virginal character 1/3 of the way in the game thru a tease/foreplay scene (like seeing her in the shower/bath or whatever) or somekind of reserved character that is especially attractive that most of the protagonist really wants to fuck but cant until later. that way, instead of all the characters being introduced and setup at once, it's more like character G and L resolve in satisfying content while charcters B and E are getting their setup while character M has a continuation or progression, etc. when every character is in a similar or same stage (like every character is being setup first, no one is getting any kind of sex), it seems boring and even i think when they all finally do get to have sex, each scene i think feels weaker or kinda drowned out by each other. if there is for example maybe a less attractive but still attractive older teacher character, maybe when every character is having sex scenes, her scenes feel bland compared the smoking hot neighbor character. but if you can't have sex with the neighbor character yet but you can have sex with the pretty hot teacher character, she feels a lot hotter when it's laid out like that.

i personally really dont like when the whole game has like the entire first half the game where every character is only having tease/foreplay scenes and i'm concerned this game is leaning a little bit in that direction.

story 7.5/10 - pretty good. kinda adds to sex content. sometimes i feel like there's filler dialogue but i like some of the premises/setup. i actually like reading the setups when they add to the eroticism of the sex scenes but i don't like it when those setups are mixed in with prolonged filler that makes me just want to skip all the dialogue (because then i feel like i'm missing out on the erotic setup parts which are the good parts of the dialogue)
