Overview:
Originally an image set by the hentai artist 774 (also known as Nanashi).
Then LWB translated it to English and while they were at it, they also made it into a visual novel.
The actual visual novel part can be accessed from the New Game option in the menu and is a kinetic novel with no sexual content.
The New Game+ option leads to the same story, but with added choices and bad endings (usually nonsensical, some contain sexual content).
Basically she's a sadistic, teasing, bored little tsundere cunt!!​

I don't know what it could have though. I'm looking at the artist's work on ex-hentai and I can't seem to find any H related stuff with this character. Just the non H scenes seen here in the screenshots. Though, maybe there are some and they just weren't posted there, or I missed them.
I knew the art seemed familiar though. This is the same artist that did the Yupiel manga. Now that was some quality femdom. Makes me even more bummed that this has no H.

She's really not tsundere at all. She's closer to a 20:1 mixture of sadism to dere. No tsun.

I'm not even into sadism and Nagatoro is one of my favorite characters.
