(AI) a tool and like any tool it can be used correctly or incorrectly. The problem with AI in games isn't bad devs or even shitty art. It's the fact that AI is often used as a shortcut. As an artist(not a good one) I think it's progressing too fast.

The alternative to AI isn't magically having the budget to hire an artist or discovering that you're an artist yourself. It's Honey Select and similarly samey but easy-to-use tools. IMO, AI is straight up better than Honey Select and most other options like that as its quality ceiling is higher.

But until such time as there's no ability to support indie porn game development anymore, people without any discernible talent will keep trying it, and threads like this will keep getting posted.
