I was stuck on Kaede Sakae 69 to get the letter N. Nobody here having issues i guess but this will be for those who had issues progressing.
When you get to Kaede, take her clothes off everything. Then raise her legs, restrain her, then release the restrain in the game. The game will go dark and you can see a letter on her forehead. Click it as fast as you can then the option to move to head will appear. Then progress from here.

I downloaded the zip that contains youmuin_patch*.xp3, but it asks for a password when I try to extract it. Could you tell me the password, please?
