This mod aims to remove/reduce the mosaic censorship of the game The NPC sex a NEET 2.
Because of the encryption this only works for v1.5, but If someone sends me v1.8 I'll happily remake it for that.​

No it's not.

I'm guessing Zippyshare is banned in your country. To solve that just use a US vpn/proxy. A free one will work fine as long as it even slightly tries to hide your IP.
