Considering the traumatic events that got Null into the mansion, he'd approach a female Null in a rather softspoken manner to seem as harmless as he possibly can. Which you'll notice that's how he talks about the other girls when he warns you that they have been through some shit and to not play with their emotions.
Rogue's sexuality would be an entirely different kind of awkward situation to approach on top of her touch starvation. Like is she gay? Bi? Or is she just that desperate to be touched? That's an interesting writing point we'd want to explore.
On the other side of the spectrum, Jean viewing you as a "Lil Sis" would be even more questionable as she actually has a younger sister. She has two older brothers which is why the dynamic of controlling an unruly younger boy like Null appeals to her in the first place.
Laura would likely be the only character who wouldn't have any changes due to her ignorance about sex and relationships.
Besides. If we want a trans Null we'd probably want to have a trans individual to have input on the writing process.
We have a female writer and the dev team's girlfriends look over the girls' scripts as well. Which I'd argue is why people find them realistic.
As a card carrying member of the MDSA(Male Dick Sucker Association), not to be confused for the MDSS(Masculine Dingaling Sucking Society) I can already add my input for a bi/gay Null but again... limited artists, time, and budget.

We've discussed pregnancy at length. The TL;DR is that it's very difficult to have a successful pregnancy when you're being gut punched every week.
I mapped out points in the timeline where a girl could go 9 months without being gut punched but you'd have to romance a girl at a very specific point for it to happen.
1.0 will be when we're 100% done with chapter 1 and our requirements for the engine.
1.1 will be the first update with Chapter 2 story content.
