I coined the phrase. You, Boots and others misinterpreted it and ran with a different narrative.

So, again: Consent Simulator™ ends when the team adds a talk option for regular/platonic conversations, and is less stringent about which current 'flirt' options actually count as trying to add another girl to the relationship.

Hey, so uh... anyone knows how to trigger these two events? The game tells how to make them trigger but I can't seem to do it. Never got the message from Kurt to trigger the mall event and even when Laura and Rogue are in the Danger Room at the same time the group training event does not trigger.

for the group training, you need to have her and Anna be at good friends to trigger. as for the mall trip, I think it's random but I've done some save scumming and it triggered like 4 out of 10 times

Get them in the same place at the same time doing group activities. Sitting with both in the classroom, combat training as a group, having both with Null at the pool, group study sessions, and group movie nights all work.

usually having them hang out at the pool or training together raises their friendship. depending on their current level, it might not take long or it could take a lot of time
