Not yet, not sure if they're adding her, and not sure if they're adding her. They're pretty tight-lipped about who they're adding.

This system is really not very well made and is not logical in some clothes.
I literally after sitting for 5 minutes was able to undress Jean to a bare chest in public, combining clothes correctly.

But the problem is not only that, it's just that some things themselves are not logical, some things do not give shame points, although they should, and some that do, should not. For example, when you put panties on Jean with a special combination of things, she gets 100 shame points, that is, literally she is less ashamed without panties than with panties
Also, at first glance, some things in different sections are not logical, for example, why can't I have a long jacket and a translucent green blouse under it for Rogue?
For some reason I can put a black top with a deep neckline on Rogue's full suit, but a T-shirt, which is the same in the "slots", is not allowed... And these are just a few examples, I can go on like this for a long time.
In general, as for me, it is necessary to make a complete restructuring of sections and rebalancing of all things in the game.

And for the developers, if you read this and fix Jean's boobs It would be nice if you added the opportunity for all the girls to wear translucent blouses in public (like Rogue's green one) or bras so that you could see their boobs through them. It's quite realistic, some girls wear them IRL. Of course, with a full normal set, boots, pants, some kind of jacket (like the one on my screen), I'm not talking about just a translucent bra and panties, lol.

popping back in to give a more detailed breakdown. My problem with the outfit system isnt that its broken its that it is poorly explained and the numbers for clothing are off in places. plus a very strict limit. some of the basic outfits that are premade have a shame value of 1000+. I trying to make an outfit have a limitation of 800 for a private outfit. something as simple as the green sheer nightie, and panties. (an actual outfit people wear themselves, not to mention its a gift bought by a loved one.) and it has a shame value of 900 which is above the limit. then you have the actual limitation system. I see two separate thresholds, in the center is 2 separate columns of numbers. so i logically assume its the level of shame that clothing gives, 1 for in public 1 for in private. but at the bottom is a combined score. I get making it so that characters wont galavant around in the nude. I appreciate the girls for bring classy. but trying to make a outfit only supposed to be seen in private and the level of shame is the same as if its supposed to be a public one. i dont event really care if u keep the public shame so low on its limit (i would like it slightly higher). but i would like the private limit to raise as u go further along in the relationship at least. cause first day of school null has the same limits as null who is in a deeply committed relationship. (which btw if there is a remain a virgin achievement there should be a true love achievement for only dating 1 character for a chapter)

I would not use DC as a metric for normal behavior for anywhere but DC. I'm familiar with that particular microclimate.

Emma frost is confirmed as the chapter 2 antagonist, and is highly implied to be a romance option in an even later chapter [citation needed].
I don't think I've heard Magik be mentioned one way or the other.
As for psylock, the writers have expressed doubts as to whether they'd be able to depict her well, in a way that doesn't make one group or another angry.

It's probably better just to have Kwannon as Psylocke without all that mind swap nonsense. Or use the Ultimate universe one. She can just be an asian born in England so she has an accent or something.

It's not like they haven't ignored other continuity like Rogue draining Ms. Marvel. I doubt that's going to be happening at any point in this game considering that happened before she joined the X-Men originally.

Emma being a villain that you can eventually romance and bone is definitely a scenario that I'm down for. I wonder if they might consider Magik now that Marvel Rivals has kind of thrust her into the forefront.

Also, it's a little lame that they might avoid one of the most iconic versions of one of the most iconic X-Men characters just because some sensitive people might get butthurt.

You're probably right that more explanation is needed then, because the tooltip on the icons isn't quite accurate - the "exercise / swimming / private" one isn't accurate for "private". That seems to be more related to their relationship with you - certainly by girlfriend level I have no problem making basically-naked outfits for private use only (I just saved one at 4000 shame no problem, and she'll wear it in her room or mine). The important thing there is that the tags must only have "Private" selected.


Some of the values may need tweaked particularly around the logic as to "what is visible" which changes those numbers (e.g. it makes perfect sense to me that nipple tape is higher shame than no bra, but not so much that no panties with pubic hair visible because of unzipped pants is less shame than lacy panties being visible for the same reason).

I... feel like there might be some kind of misunderstanding about... well, a lot of things. The point of the game isn't necessarily to bang every character and get a high score on the orgyboard. It's about dating your favorite X-men characters- and who those favorites are will vary for each player.

True. This game isnt on earth-616 so the devs can take a few liberties from multiverse hand-waving in order to circumvent those difficulties... just have her being half British/Japanese in earth-69 to avoid the whole plot if they feel it would weird out some people.

I'd just like to point out that the original storyline where Psylocke becomes Asian didn't involve any body-stealing. That's a retcon which came a few years after from a writer who hadn't properly read the comic where it happened. Originally, Betsy (and the rest of the X-Men) go through the Siege Perilous and her own actual body is physically changed to look Asian. It's still a weird racial scenario, but nowhere near as bad and messy as the retcon that she ended up stealing someone else's body.

If TNH were to introduce Psylocke, I feel the best possible decision is to completely do away with anything connected to that hot mess of a plot point and simply have Psylocke be ethnically Asian from the get-go. You get to keep both the look and the character with none of the controversy. Bish bash bosh.

There's been some discussion on the discord about what to do but nothing is confirmed or set in stone yet. While they could use the multiverse as a way to hand wave Betsy and Kwannon, they probably won't as it doesn't really address a difficult issue for Psylocke.

One idea I floated was to have British Betsy as the girl in the game and then if and/or when there is a sequel have the body swap happen off screen. I suggested that if Null were to leave the mansion at the end of the game due to the story, it would allow the writers to reset the relationship between Betsy and Null, as she went through something traumatic and he wasn't there for her. And so, we have a storyline to rebuild that relationship.
