RPGM - The Office Wife [v0.93] [J. S. Deacon]

I went into this game with high hopes because of posts I've seen around the forum raving about it. All in all, I'm highly disappointed.

• Outside of the MC, the characters in this game are ugly as sin -- verging on uncanny valley -- and look as if some being saw a human exactly once and tried working off memory. Nate especially looks like some kind of skinwalker.
• The plot is just that a woman becomes an off-the-rails slut. While there are plenty of other games with this plot (some better, some worse), this one tries to replace nuance and pacing with an annoying and rather repetitive grind to make it seem like there's some kind of a build-up. When you remove the unnecessary padding, it's just another 'woman goes from 0 to turbo-slut in 3.5 seconds' game.
• Every male character has the same 'horny psycho' personality, only to varying degrees. When coupled with their looks, a change of lighting in this game would easily turn it into a kind of horror game.

It's far from the worst game I've ever played, but, in my experience, this game was all hype. If you like 'unhinged turbo-slut in a world of horny psychos' style games, you would honestly probably really enjoy this game. For me, however, it just comes off as painfully silly.

Easily one of the best corruption-focused games on the site. Stacy is an absolutely gorgeous FMC, and watching her gradual descent while she still tries to cling to her old self is incredibly well done. The story is engaging with constant twists, the outfits progression is perfect, and there’s a massive amount of high-quality content (office, subway, warehouse, all fantastic). Animations are smooth and the renders hold up great. Yes, the RPGM version has some repetitive daily grind, but the unofficial Ren’Py port fixes that completely and makes it flow like a proper VN. Minor complaints aside, this is top-tier stuff. 5/5 without hesitation, highly recommended if you enjoy slow-burn female corruption.

Gotta say i find it difficult to play a game and its starts slow good build up and then the protagonist becomes full slut hungry for some action all the time without any rules.

In this game even though some things happened that there is no turning back, u did a wonderful job implementing Stacy to still fight urges and to have a say and at least try to keep a clear head, not going all agro for sexual actions.

Story is keeping you hooked, artstyle is really good i also love a few animations it keeps it alive ( great job on those )

Also love that furry friends are included and that u don't know what next step of depravity Stacy will partake.

I can't wait for whole complete finish of the game, even though its long i always want to wait for the finish and play again complete story. Il try to support your work in future.

One more thing i was looking for a mistake in artstyle like if arm is in some unreal position or anything else, i couldn't find a single scene where it didn't look natural ( for a porn game at least ) wonderful job there!

I really enjoyed this game. It has so many twists and turns it will keep you entertained for many hours. There aren't many games I've played that I can't hardly put down dev did a great job. I'm hopeful and eagerly waiting for more!

The game is unplayable if you play from the start of the game without following step by step what the dev expects you to. You can miss out 1 enchantment due to bug and spend the next hour before realizing the game bugged out, and you wouldn't know from which save you need to restart the game from. I had played 100+ RPG games and this game has by far the worst RPG design.

I gave it 3 star because I really liked the story

Another 2D game designed extremely lazily. The level design quite poor and uninspiring with no thought of the main character flow of the game, or the flow from room to room or building to building. The rooms/environment are massive too, for no apparent reason either.

The mechanics, like most of these 2D games, poorly thought out, leaving you wondering if they even played their own game.

Conversations with other characters are child like, with some terrible jokes thrown in for good measure. If your 5 year old told them, they would barely make you break a smile.

The premise of the whole thing is decent, though nothing new, but the main problem with the game is it's seriously bloated. I mean, seriously. TBH, if you just ported it to Renpy, took out the fluff, it would be about a 10th of the size, or maybe more.

Unless you have nothing better to do, it's not worth your time.

**EDIT** Just played the unofficial Ren'py version, oh what a difference that makes. The grind is still pretty intolerable, with a shed load of repeated scenes, but it is bearable. 2 stars, mainly for the port

This is a bad game simply because of an impossible amount of grind.

Endless repetition, each day and every day, you have to dress up, go out, travel to a job, go back, have a lunch. Each day has like 20 clicks + waiting time that you have to make to slowly progress the story. Every day after day ends you need to go back to office and grab your "belongings" after which 5-6 more clicks to get home and sleep.

This kills all the mood to play and makes you want to uninstall.

The game would play much better on Renpy with few clicks per day as buttons. It is already linear and has no sandbox options RPGM games would normally have.

Two stars are only given, because some scenes are hot, and you can load a save with gallery and watch them.

The story unfortunately is non-believable. It feels more like an excuse/filler to unlock "slut" in the heroine.

I do not know what it is about this game, but if I am being honest it is, by far, the most "effective" game I've ever played! I keep replaying scenes... Is it the depth of depravity, is it the drop dead gorgeous protagonist? I cannot answers, I actually feel ashamed on how effective this game has been for me. Obviously after all that, I cannot not rate it less than 5/5.

A hidden gem, I'm glad I pushed through my initial skepticism. Very few creators can make exciting female point of view, this is definitely one of the best.
Facial expressions are on point, and even the "undesirable" characters have faces that fit their personalities.
I'm not a fan of the gameplay loop, as it often ends up being a chore, but at least it's not grindy and there's lots of erotic content.

This is an awesome game. One of the best I've ever played on this site. Hot hot hot describes this one perfectly.

The characters are well thought out and so unique. The situations are incredibly erotic. The story and the slow corruption of the character is so amazingly well done.

If this game ends with the MC pregnant it will be added to my Mount Rushmore of games. As it stands it is a solid top five game.

i was excited after reading the plot and at start i thought it would be good
But its all about repeating the day
Wake up , change , go to office / doctor then office, work , go to lunch, go to work , go to gym in office in which she is always alone , shower in which she masterbait , go home , repeat
I repeated it for many times and now it became a headache , story is progreesing so slow and everytime there are repeatable pics

This was my first female protagonist game, and I am really loving it. I loved the different settings for the MC, office settings are really fun, but the other settings like wharehouse, subway were really interesting. I like the story progression, hopefully the end is good, so far I have enjoyed the journey.

Absolutely wonderful in every way -- Love the FMC - beautiful Animations are good, plot is interesting and the grind is at a minimum unlike many other RPGM games

Damn.. A FMC corruption game with great graphics, fantastic innocent faithful wife, great Magic induced corruption, tonnes of content, interesting plot and advancement - what could be wrong with that?

Played both the RPGM and Renpy versions, this review is not about what system is better.

My 3 star reasons are in a spoiler cause it is about the plot and characters.


I normally love FMC games - love a good corruption game especially when we have an outside magical influence that explains the bad behavior instead of the usual bored housewife with an inadequate hubby.

SO changed my rating to 4 as it is a really great game, but could use that spoiler comment add in at the beginning of the game to push this farther.

I played this a couple of years ago, but eventually lost interest. The game starts out interesting, before being bogged down by the cumbersome gameplay of the RPGM engine. There's absolutely no reason why this game couldn't have been made on Ren'Py.
In terms of the story, it's pretty cliched - the only difference is that the wife's descent is initiated by a magical necklace instead of marital boredom. The issue is that things escalate so quickly, with every single character she encounters, that it becomes laughable.
You've got your sad-sack cuck of a husband, the lecherous "best" friend, the powerful boss, a seemingly endless array of hobos, and of course, the BBC element that's so prevalent in this genre. If you're looking for a quick fap, there are other VNs you could spend your time on.

Very good game but i think, some scences are not conclusive ( the cam-girl scene with the viever, why sit on the bed ? ) The MC is a sexy hot young wife but to powerless imao, because one touch and her desire grow too fast so no chance for her to fight against harasser in the company ( but i like the scene in toilet and the revenge with the rats ;-) and i think Stacy like it very much ;-) )and ideas) I like the game and the story, so much scenes and ideas, in the restaurant in restroom very hot scenes and i think, not all her desires are push bye the amulett, or ? The artwork is good, the text too. I have a lot of fun bye play this rpgnv game.

One of the best adult game of the F95zone, good graphic and interesting story. The content is huge, high playability. Long play time. Have to see where the story ends. Really good work. Waiting for future updates.

A classic of the cuckold game genre. The story is interesting, the renders are really well made and it's a joy to play. And the game is already really - massive. Thank you for your work and I can't wait for it to be finished!

I just played this for the first time on version 0.90 and kept playing until I got all the way caught up. I really enjoyed this game and the way the it slowly layers its corruption. If a lusty main character slowly convinced into skimpier, sexier outfits and further corruption are your cup of tea, this game might be up your alley.

Warning: this is a visual novel. As such, some aspects get clunky and you'll need to check the hints in the menu or the hints in the gallery (mirror in the bedroom) in order to avoid a lot of grind. If you're averse to RPGM VNs, grab the RenPy version, which (while clunky) avoids that RPGM grind.

Most of the "branching paths" in this are just choice of kink rather than a change in the story, so keep in mind that it's *mostly* a novel.

The story is fun and well-ordered, keeping you interested in spite of the grind. The actions taken by the main character are always story-driven and fit the characters and overall narrative. This is clearly made by a storywriter.

This is easily one of my new favorite games, and I'm now stuck waiting for each new version to drop. I can't wait for more content.

Wishlist for the game:

• I do think that some of the character interactions had more steps and variations. There were points where I felt like, "why isn't there a slight next step here". Often some larger event trigger had to happen before a character interatcion changed. Might also avoid some of the grind if there were 2-3 slight variations of an encounter with a character, not requiring a new scene, but just changing a few images and some dialog.
• Game could use a "skip the train" option or some other type of fast-travel. I was often saving to check a scene or two for changes and I'd reload to avoid a repeat train trip.

Amazing game that hits a lot of kinks just right. If you love incredibly sexy outfits on your protagonist you will love this game. If you love the corruption path you will love this game, if you hate corruption then this is not the VN for you and you should move on. This is NOT a Game this is a VN, the choices you make basically turn on or off certain kinks that become available. If your looking for a game or a VN where all your choices have 3 different paths this is not for you.

The Story is intriguing and keeps you interested in it's progression, the motivations and actions of the MC are story driven and have a reason behind why she acts the way she acts.

This game hits all of my boxes on my wish list, in a VN and I truly love it. It isn't for everyone but I think most people will love the office wife.
