Unfortunately, no. I did try to work on a mod for the android build and was unable to get it working since the android build uses IL2CPP rather than Mono. IL2CPP is way more optimized for Android and makes it easier for the phone to perform various instructions, So it makes sense. Unfortunately it made it difficult for me to attempt uncensoring it.
