I downloaded the 5 parts, extracted them, extracted the file they created... and there is no .exe
How do I run this game?

Most likely you did not extract correctly.
Place all of the split archives into the same folder, then right click on part 1, then click extract / extract here.
You only need to do this for part 1.
Your decompression software should automatically decompress the other archives.
If you get a missing volume warning, then you are missing one of the parts.
If for some reason the split archive download is missing the exe, you should still be able to launch the game using the shipping exe file. You can find this exe here : TP_Alpha_v_0.1.2.0.5\TheParasites\Binaries\Win64\AdvancedLocomotionSystemV-Win64-Shipping.exe

For anyone who is wondering about protection against radiation, there is a gas mask on a corpse in the train tunnel, at the end of it.
The tunnel has electric anomalies, but they're easy to pass through corners and edges.
The train tunnel itself is close to the beginning, where the train can be heard and seen going on the railroad before disappearing.

First of all, you need to get a weapon xD
If u got it, well simply pull it from your inventory, to the slot of your Equip (it shoud be on the bottom left when u open your inventory, like your shirt, ecc..)
If the problem is about the ammo; well, like before, you need to have the right ammo for the weapon you are looking for;
After that, just load a mag with it and put the mag on your weapon; (little reminder, all the remaining free ammo need to be loaded manually from your inventory to the mag when this one become empty... yeah... )

Yoo this game has some serious potential, and I mean as a legit game. and yes, this is a long post, it's basically my thoughts on the game after about 5-6 hours of playtime
(version 0.1.2.0.5) Honestly, the world/map is fascinating and fun to explore with a decent amount of story-telling in just the environments (though navigating the terrain can be a little difficult at times), it also has some interesting story elements that's got me curious as to how they'll be explored as the game gets developped, decent enough stealth but still a little bare-bones, gun/bow play is fun and satisfying (also, when you first get a bow, your character will suck at it in terms of getting tired fast and not being able to shoot far or that accurately and have to get better by shooting more), a satisfying enough level system, melee with fists is super satisfying, animations look great and fluid, and yeah it's pretty buggy, it has crashed quite a few times (usually when saving the game, maybe 1/3 times), and it's not super well optimized, running an RTX 2070 and had to set graphics to medium to get it to run smoothly but it still looks great on medium.
The health system is pretty neat, you can break bones, get cuts, get food poisoning, insomnia, depression, stress, suicidal, manic, psychotic (hallucinate), bitten by venomous snakes, stung by scorpions, etc etc and they all have their own remedies. What I find cool for trying to cure depression, stress, etc is that you can either drink booze (though drinking too much just makes it worse), listen to music, smoke cigarettes, and read a book or magazine, pretty cool! Also, your character can be quite clumsy, God forbid you sprint over a fallen branch or crack on the road cause your character will trip and go flying rag-doll style (not gonna lie, pretty satisfying though).
The enemies are interesting and both fun and hard to kill, especially if you're not prepared.
The crafting system is decent enough allowing you to create clothes, weapons, tools, meds, etc. but if you want better gear you gotta go looting/killing.
Building is pretty bare-bones at the moment but it seems like it's going to be pretty in-depth, also, it's very much akin to the building in "the Forest".
Storage system is very "DayZ"-esque with clothes, backpacks and taking weight into account. Also the way clothes get visibly damaged is pretty cool.
The sound design is great!
It has a perma-death mechanic after 3 deaths but you can disable it with cheats. And getting to the cheats, they're super fun to mess around with, with one of them giving you wings to fly! (Rab-Bit, or you know what, Sir Evgeniy Ekimov, please, please keep the cheats as a feature even when the game actually releases, PLEASE, they're REALLY fun)
Like seriously, there's a lot here and for only being in version 0.1.2.05 and for being made by ONE guy, that's mad impressive, I can't wait to see what's next and I really hope Rab-Bit keeps working on this game, it's great!

I would add - if possible to edit model of MC without dirt and clothes.

Nevermind, I found it. In the Character Customization screen, if you click on "Body" or "Genitals" a green vertical bar will appear on the right side of the screen (looks like a scroll bar). If you click it an option menu to remove dirt as well as clothes will appear.

question: the steam demo weighs 17 gigabytes, this is the trial version, right, that's why it weighs 23 gigabytes, it's the content test game. is that so?
Hello, I don't know if it works for everyone but I discovered a way to avoid the graphics crash with the GPU when starting, just press the shortcuts ctrl+windows+shift+b to update the graphics drivers every 1 or 2 seconds and scroll through the screen in black audio was heard and the graphics engine started and the game opened. I don't know if it's magic but Capas works for others who have that problem and don't want to uninstall it before trying everything.

This is most commonly caused by an uncapped frame limit when a game is being loaded.
An alternative would be to set a frame limit using 3rd party software, like rivatuner.
The GPU is attempting to run the loading screen at infinite frames, which is why even a good GPU will kick up the fans and start coil whining. A less good GPU can outright crash.
