It's a survival game, with NSFW content (not heavy stuff, just... light NSFW) cuz the game was created itself with a Survival game porpouse.
Then a few NSFW content got added.
In the "near" future there will be more "mid NSFW content" xD
anyway, take it as a survival content with explicit nudity for now, and you wont get disappointed

You got two ways,
1. Pressing ENTER on your keyboard, then a window will popup on the center of your screen.
2. While you press ESC, there should be an option called "CHEAT MENU", if you press it the same window will popup on your screen.
Be aware cuz, that's only on PATREON version game; i have no clue if on the STEAM Demo Version you can do the same eh...
so, if you are playing from Steam Demo, maybe that demo doesnt give you the same possibility.

How do I increase my health? I've been stuck at 25% and I don't see an obvious way to heal. I don't have any bleeding or any statuses or whatever either.

Did nobody share a torrent for this?
I dont see the point in spliting the game in smaller chunks if the chunks are freaking 5gb
It will take me a week to download the game, it reminds me when you wanted to download WoW on the late 2000s xD
(Also the maximun mega allows you to download is about 1.5gb per day, so i have no idea why is that an option)

build a totem, and choose the regen health, a parasite heart will be added in your inventory consume it
or you can use cheat menu/character then add health
Oh cool, I'll have to do that. I managed to figure out what the issue was. The health panel wasn't telling me but it turns out I had radiation sickness. The only way I knew that was from my watch so I missed it for a while.

Anyone has a solution to bugged "Hand" inventory?
I can't put anything in it and the items previously in it are invisible, even after numerous restarts.
This is usually easy to solve if it's any piece of armor's inventory, I just drop it and pick it to fix.
But I can't do that with the hand inventory.
I'm using v0.1.2.2.0.

You need to kill zombies to consume entities (this is automatic). Entities are kind of value (points) you can spend in the totem. Total amount is on the top of the screen in the middle (while you have totem ui open):
I notice that some of the options have an HP value, does that mean my max HP gets taken away, or just temporary HP? I didn't see an upgrade to increase max HP so I hope I don't just permanently lose health.

It'll just deal damage depending on the indicated value. It's not permanent.
I'm at 100hrs in the game, been buying Slave Marks, Health Regen items (before exploring) and Extra Fake Life (3x already) from the totem but I'm not noticing any difference in my overall health.
I don't know what you mean. I am talking about the view when you use totem (activate).
even without Tome, it should regen. I think if you have radiation you won't heal.
