very good game lots of text corruption is slow translation is very good, some might find that as downsides but you can skip from walls of text using cntrl the only downside for me was lack of autofire button during fights you gotta click aand cklick and click until ur finger hurts to the point i had to change difficulty to sluggish cus fighting is no fun but after u set sluggish and skip fighting the game is pretty pleasurable, i like reading a lot when writting is good so i give 5 not 4

It's a solid game. You can finish without reaching the H scenes, I think it's impossible to finish without any scenes, but the game doesn't force you to go through that... But I have to say that the game becomes infinitely more difficult.

TLDR: “Disappointed” compared to his former works. If I paid for this game, I'll be very angry about it.

    Gameplay:
Roguelike Dungeon full of random loot
Class changed like final fantacy tactics
Skill tree upgrades for each classes
    Diablo gem slot upgrade
    Underwhelming Crafting in weapon shop
Bigger bite than he could chew as always.
Like a school's project by himself for himself.

    Sex Scene:
The other, exact opposite of his former works.
    Slow burns.
    All men, no monsters.
    Late game sex.
Pregnant sex but no birth scenes.

“Pregnant sex but no birth scenes!”

My Disappointment Is Immeasurable And My Days Are Wasted

The Princess of Zeven is a solid RPG that has an absurdist lean to its ero-fantasy adventure narrative that isn’t particularly compelling, but it is a fun experience overall.

In a race against time against your evil brother for control of the royal throne, you must compete in a gambit of trials within an ever expanding dungeon in a far away land. The crutch? A dark magic surrounds the island in neverending lust and corruption. To battle the corruption as well as the people who seek to manipulate you becomes a permeable challenge. It’s a lot more compelling than other corruption RPGs on the market that I’ve found, at least.

The main character is well-written in all of her scenarios, and it's not hard to ponder how the corruption manifests in her over time. Some of the situations she finds herself in are humorous or intense. Most of the characters who seek to take advantage of her, outside of a select few, however, are rather shallow which is probably one of the clearer flaws of the title. Too many times I felt the other characters were bland outside of the Princess, her brother, and one or two others. I know seeking depth and variance in games like this is a fool’s errand, but I’m a pretty big fool.

Beyond that, Zeven is a good title with above average CG art selections. I just wish it was a little more than what it gives you.

Dungeon gameplay is pretty good actually, reminds me good old times playing pokemon mystery dungeon.

FMC corruption is okay i guess.
I think H Scenes were a little too simply repetitive, what i mean is.

its definitely slow. its definitely repetitive (especially the first 2-3 layers or first 40% of the game). somehow, its worth it anyways.

There are porn JRPG that are all about porn and there are those that are all about JRPG. Some manage to strike the right balance. The Princess of Zeven is a special thing: it wanted to be good at porn, but ended up being good at actual gameplay.

    The Story

The story is super formulaic: the heroine goes on a quest and ends up confined to a town full of horny dudes. She's protected by a spell, so they can't just rape her on her first day, but every time she needs something they find a way to humiliate and corrupt her. When she finishes the quest, she gets either the normal or the turboslut ending. As I've said, super formulaic.

    The gameplay

This is where the game shines. It has multiple jobs a la Final Fantasy, random generated dungeons (a la Diablo) with lots of random weapons and accessories you can loot from the chests, a crafting system to upgrade your favourites and a bunch of buff/debuff/skill elements (think materia) you can insert into your weapon and accessory. The enemies are also equally varied are eager to use their skills.

    The lewd stuff

It's a slow corruption story, since the spell protecting the heroine is so strong. The biggest disappointment is how formulaic it is: the scenes are literally grouped into tiers and all scenes on the same tier are basically the same: first she's ogled when wearing a lewd outfit, then she's ogled in a minimicro bikini, then she goes topless, then she gets naked, then she lets people grope her body, etc. By the fifth time you have to watch the heroine go through basically the same harassment it starts to get stale.

    The verdict

Good if you want some grindy JRPG action with actual depth, but the lewd stuff feels even more grindy.

This for me was peak Corruption H RPG game. But it is not for everyone!

If you're into slow gradual corruption of the protagonist then this game is a must, the corruption is just written so well.

If you're more into the fap and done kind of games, then this is a solid pass. It's a very heavy time investment for very little pay off. Especially considering the game is old, and the art style is old as well.

I'm a huge porn for the plot kind of guy, and the plot in this game actually makes sense through and through. The protagonist was forced to become a slut against her will. In a very slow but reasonable process. I did not feel the need to skip text in this game because I was actually curious about the plot.

This game have hands down the best corruption writing in any game I've ever played. At no point in the game did I feel like the protagonist skipped a step and became a slut out of nowhere. Every transition, each "layer", was a slow and reasonable leap from the previous. And the best part of it all is that the protagonist struggles against it at every opportunity.

Most corruption games nowadays is just hitting some slut check point value and then new slutty options are open. Here the build up for each scene and layer is so well executed, it feels very seamless.

That said, art style isn't the best, but it's serviceable. This is a definitely plot driven game, so expect that going in.

Best RPGM game ever. Hands down. Sure some scenes are repeated and art is 8/10 (but it will become 10/10 as you play) but the story, game progression, ease of play and understanding are all top notch.
    Big thank you to developers.
In my humble opinion they deserved to get paid for making this wonderful masterpiece.

The game can be a few monotone moments with scenes writing - especially in the beginning when potential h-content is low, but the game has such great concepts for corruption that it deserves 5 stars. Some games get 5 stars for art or gameplay, but this one gets them for corruption design. It's very long too with corruption and story being pretty much interconnected, so it's main element of the game that stays consistent and well thought-out.

There is ofcourse gameplay, but it lacks some QoL features to make crafting and inventory management playable. Dungeons are also not that long, so it's all about getting correct build for stage boss. It's way above average, with multiple classes, skill trees, weapons, enchants, but lacks polish and use. The dungeon gameplay has no H-content so it works purely as a pacing tool, but you get a lot of stuff for dungeons by being lewd.

Not like it needs that anyways. Like I said corruption is all in this game and it uses themes that are nonexistant/rare in hrpgs. What's important for me and what most hrpgs fail at is main girl character. She has her own inner monologues, thoughts, ideas, virtues and has a strong character at times. She is not an empty shell with no thoughts like in Celesphonia or other sandbox hrpgs. I can see some elements to improve in writing like more references to her princess-hood and past as a whole, make some scenes more interconnected, reduce repetition in expressions and change her character in some scenes, but the game has so much writing that these issues come up just from sheer volume of text.

If you are looking for slow corruption game with focus on writing then it's one of the best one here. Power through early game by skipping some repetitive scenes if they bother you and you'll have a treat.

Just a warning you won't finish this game in one sitting (without skipping text and playing at lowest difficulty) it's a long satisfying project.

    Holy cow.

I can understand why the score on this game is not particularly good. Its RPGMaker, and an older version at that, there are probably 30-40 scenes of just groping and being in various states of the undress. Progress is mostly repetitive, consisting of going to the next layer, beating a boss, then completing a few events to unlock more content and repeating the process. On early layers the content is entirely devoted to whatever the max level of corruption is. There is an entire layer of something like 20 events of 95% boob groping (with like 5% being touching her calves or something).

You hit the fourth layer. She gets naked, groped thoroughly, kisses, and gives an occasional BJ. Nothing amazing, but decent.

Then the fifth layer hits. She starts doing it for real, all over the place, in various circumstances and during "jobs". There's about twelve or so unique positions she's in, combined with the numerous CGs from previous layers of nakedness and the occasional BJ. Vast majority is vanilla, but its a wide variation of vanilla. You can't do anything but get sexual harassments from most townies walking around though. Its pretty good, and most games would stop here.

    IT KEEPS GOING.

She clears the sixth layer, has an event, and unlocks sex with the townspeople. All those people around town she just blows off, she starts doing it with, with a wide variety of scenes. We're talking probably 20-30 mini events total for nearly every person in town, and the town is nothing but men (and one robot).

    IT KEEPS GOING.

She beats the bosses, and unlocks the ability to get pregnant, and you get a few scenes in the recollection room after choosing three people who got her pregnant. You think its over, then an item shop event happens, and now you can go around and get impregnated by just about everyone else. Total another twenty something scenes.

There is a massive, MASSIVE amount of content here. If you like the main character, and you like vanilla sex at all, and I mean a variety of positions and circumstances here, you are going to enjoy this. Pregnancy fans will love the last tier of scenes too, as she is shown getting repeatedly knocked up and doing it while knocked up. The hard part is actually getting to the good stuff, the first three layers won't do anything for you unless you are a huge exhibitionism fan and you really, REALLY like seeing boobs groped.

I can't give this anything less than five stars.

Even though I finished the game and kind of liked it, I can't genuinly recommend it.

The corruption is EXTREMELY slow, and not for good reasons.
You have to go through a dungeon to prove your worth as a royal heir. There is 7 layers and each time you get to a new layer, there is a new gimmick that requires you to get back to the perverted village and ask for help with a new armor or blessing.
And of course, each time they ask for more lewd stuff in exchange, which the heroine obviously comply to "because I have a duty and there is no other way"

Basically, everytime you unlock one new sex scene, The entire village will know and will want to experience the same thing.
You get it... the same CGs are re used again and again and again and again, throughout the entire game.
And it's not like you can avoid those scenes if it is starting to be boring, because the heroine must reach some exhibitionist stat treshold, before she can accept the new lewd demands required to progress the story. So you have to actively hunt for all the scenes.

Add to it hours of useless dialogues to accompany each re used CG, and you get a 16 hours long game were you really unlock your first sex scenes (like blowjobs) at around 13 hours.

At some point I could not bear it anymore and just started skipping all dialogues just to get to the end of the game.
If you want to play it, just be ready for dozen hours of slowly getting into exhibition.

As for the pregnancy content, it is just at the epilogue of the game where you can have a bit of fun with it. But is it worth to play 16h just to experience it at the very end ? You'll be the judge.

A game for the really patient ones.

3 stars for having some decent art which i weigh more heavily in scoring, but like a -1 for everything else, super long build up, super long scenes that are basically the same taking place in different places with the same four or five images being repeated, like i was holding down ctrl, speeding through them and it still felt freaking long. Another "play for a few hours then download the save" type game.

Why does Kagura keep doing this trash? Just give us sex ticket or rune's pharmacy uncensored, jesus you guys pick shitty and obscure games to add to your catalogue.

    Invisible_Alice

Game has good art, nice character design, solid premise, and well-thought-out corruption methods and progression.

...And that is every nice thing I can say about it.

It promised you engaging combat for playing on Hard that requires you to strategize and counter the enemy's strong attributes. It failed in spectacular fashion. By stage 2 floor 3, I had already given up. I was not engaged with the combat, nor was I even angry with the difficulty. I was really really BORED. Enemies have too much health and give way too little exp to be worth it. You don't even get better loot drops.

Worse still, it does not take long for the H content to start treading the same ground. The corruption process may have been well thought out, but what was behind it certainly wasn't.

And the icing on the turd? The closest thing they have to "player agency" would be like a work safety team lead who demonstrates how to operate a forklift by crashing it into the hazardous materials storage shelves. And then lighting it on fire for good measure.
Seriously, if you're like me and want to make the first playthrough "pure and innocent virgin run" your options are just 2 choices: Play on literal baby mode and face-tank your way through all the bullshit the game throws at you to try and force you into being a pervert princess, or cheat millions of gold into your save file.

...Even the music is very forgettable...

The Princess of Zeven [Lovely Pretty Ultra Loving You]
Game that I enjoyed more than expected, so I recommend it.

I liked Letizia right away, and the progress of the scenes is well defined, everything doesn't happen immediately but you have to bribe her little by little, which is managed with very good timing.
The timing of the scenes, however, are bad, too long and repetitive. While at first I read all the dialogue, after a few scenes I realized that it was better to skip most of the dialogue in the scene.
You have to read just the first dialogues to understand everything.

The gameplay of the tower is unfortunately bad, boring fights and not at all strategic. I sincerely recommend the easier mode to progress fast in the tower.

The game has a good length, even if as mentioned it repeats many scenes.
A more subjective defect is seeing the characters in one way, and then in the scenes they have a completely different aesthetic, it's something that bothered me a lot.

The beach scenes remain the best, and for me the osama king remains the best scene in the game.

I madly love the drawing style of the protagonist, a vanilla style but which quietly differs from the rest of the games.

Pregcess of Zeven is a hidden gem to me, and I really loved playing through this game. Leticia is a great character who goes through an incredibly satisfying character development and the game goes to a lot of lengths to describe both what she is thinking and how she is feeling during each H event she goes through.

How she reacts to each scene is just done really welland I'm glad this was translated more throughouly because I think the dialogue is a big part of why this game works for me. It's a real shame for anyone who tried to play this before the proper translation came about.

There are two major things that need to be mentioned before reccomending this game though. The first is that this game has a pretty significant focus on exposure and exhibitionism , and the second is that Leticias corruption is SLOW.

Because at the start of the game Leticia is a proud princess with no romantic experience and powerful anti-men blessings protecting her, she starts the game basically untouchable by the men and thus they have to take advantage of her naivity to try and weaken her defences. This means the first phases of the game it focuses on her being put into scenarios where she has to wear clothes showing a lot of skin or expose parts of herself.

If you're not really too keen on this then the start of the game is going to be frustrating as they only start touching her after you clear somewhere around half of the total floors of the Dungeon and have gone through all the critical H events to progress far enough for those events to unlock. While the patience is well rewarded and for me it becomes extremely satisfying watching her slowly fall into depravity, this might not be for some people

It took me around 15 hours before she finally lost her virginity (although this is probably much faster if you are on an easier difficulty and don't take your time with the events), but that should give you an idea of how slow this game is. (And yes for a game called "The Pregcess of Zeven" you are only going to get the pregnancy when you beat the game. However it does do the pregnancy quite well which I will get into later)

    _________________________________________________________________________________

The Story is nothing special, as the game mostly focuses on the character of Leticia and her interactions with the residents of Zeven. Leticia is a tomboy princess who has no experience with men and must travel to Zeven in order to conquer the Sea Gods Shrine to stop her brother Tyros from taking the throne. The residents of Zeven though have other plans and will take advantage of her naivity if she wants their help because they're constantly horny thanks to the Sea Gods blessing and all the women left because of it.

    _________________________________________________________________________________

The Art is nice to look at and I'm a big fan of Leticia's design, although as some have mentioned they do reuse costumes a bit especially early on when she is still very guarded and has the full protection of her blessings.
I do wish some scenes had a bit more variety in what she wore, but there are a lot of different scenes to explore and I think most of them are done well so this didn't bother me too much. You get quite a lot of variety with her poses and what she goes through, especially with how many scenes there are (The CG gallery is huge)

    _________________________________________________________________________________

The Gameplay is the good old RPGM turn based combat everyone is familiar with, but it does try to be engaging at the Hard difficulty (You can just ignore all of it with Slug mode though, but I don't reccomend it)
You can select Different classes with each having their own skill tree allowing you to customize how you want to fight, and change them at any time at the guild hall.

With these classes comes different weapons and 1 equipment slot that every class has, but ontop of this is a really great mechanic called the Element system. Every gear piece you find will usually have an element locked to it and empty slots, which you can fit in Elements you find as you open chests and kill enemies. These elements can be fitted into any gear for extra bonuses and eventually become a core part of your build.

They can range from elemental damage, resistances, inflicting debuffs, adding chances to counterattack or reflect magic, learning new spells or skills and some providing unique bonuses like increasing buff duration or preventing your attacks from missing. There are a huge range of elements and at the magic shop you are able to dismantle any gear for a weaker version of its fixed element and then put them into your own gear.

This is made better by the synthesis system where you can combine duplicates to make them stronger, so eventually as you play you will aquire a lot of gear and elements to really customize what you want to focus on. I especially love the elements adding new skills, as you can make up for some of the diadvantages of some classes by giving yourself access to spells from other classes. The Heal spell in particular is useful to have as an element for classes like the Swordsman who are limited in healing options.

The Dungeon itself also tries to force you to change tactics so you can't just run the same build all the time. Each floor of the dungeon (consisting of 10 levels) has specific traits and enemies and the guild hall has npcs who will tell you hints and tips for dealing with each floor. For example, one floor has enemies with high magic defence and some able to cast magic reflection, so you need to change your build to avoid magic. Another floor might have lots of enemies who apply Confusion and Freezing, so you would want to fit elements in order to resist those status effects. Some even have threats like constant damage while exploring, which you need a unique item to overcome (you can guess what you need to do to get them).
While the random generation of the levels is quite boring to look at, it was fun trying to change my build and elements to ensure I could deal with each floor and eventually the bosses.

While I never struggling to win during the regular floors, I did have to leave and come back for some of the bosses. The final boss especially kicked my ass multiple times and I was surpised how difficult it was. Might have been I was underlevelled or something, but definitely took me a lot of tries changing my class and what I focused on to finally get them down.

    _________________________________________________________________________________

The events all focus on a particular place and man/group of men, so as you progress through each floor and experience the mandatory H events to progress to the next phase, you will have repeated encounters with the same men in those locations.

What makes it great is how the events escalate as Leticia is slowly less and less disgusted by the events happening to her and what the men do never really feels mean. At multiple points they actually stop what they are doing because they feel bad for her and back off, like when she cries. These scenes can also go on for a while and there is a big focus on Leticias inner dialogue about her thoughts and how she is feeling. This was a big plus to me as seeing her initial disgust with the events to being conflicted with what happens to her just really hit it for me (she has a very strong gap moe)

It's also nice how these scenes are integrated with the gameplay, such as the Toolmaker being able to improve your costume with damage reduction (showing more skin obviously) or being given access to certain items that nullify painful parts of a floor like poison pools.

As for the Pregnancy, without spoiling too much you get individual scenes with basically everyone you've had previous events with. They are decent legnth and they put a lot more effort into the post game than they really needed to. There is even a secret dungeon with a hidden boss, although I didn't find any extra secret end for beating it.

    _________________________________________________________________________________

While I wasn't bothered too much by it, there are problems with the game. I think the randomly generated nature of the levels in the dungeon is a bit boring to navigate. They are basically just squares attached to eachother with chests thrown about, and while I had fun I wish there was more personality to the Sea Gods Shrine.

Skill Knowledges, needed for unlocking specific skills in each classes skill tree, are a pain to find because you can't buy them anywhere and are random in the dungeon chests. You can end up with a lot of skill points but unable to improve the skill tree because you need a knowledge to get to the next set of skills but can't find one. It would have been good if some shop later in the game let you purchase them for gold since if you don't waste gold in the auction house you end up with a lot of gold. Also resetting your skill tree costs 1 skill point which meant I couldn't really experiment with the skill tree as much as I wanted to.

Since you need to go through a lot of scenes to progress to the next phase , it means if a particular scenario isn't really to your liking then you will still have to go through it to get to the next phase. The only events I disliked were some parts with the Dojo master and two events focusing on hypnosis where I just felt bad for Leticia and couldn't get into it.

Overall though I really love this game and it has had some of the most satisfying character progression I've seen in a while. Well worth playing if the fetishes appeal to you. Took me 25 hours to explore everything the game had to offer, although I generally take my time playing and sometimes idle with the game open so take that time as you will.

    6.5/10

Now with a great translation out, the game is now playable!

    Story/Writing:
The overall story isn’t that good, but it’s at least enough to sell you on the idea that the protagonist is a princess. She has an air and attitude of a haughty noble and sets the stage for the setting to break her down. The writing I think falls a little flat, probably because everyone acts the same, so even if the writing for the girl is decent enough, it feels monotonous.

The corruption of Leticia is very granular and slow, which I think is a good thing. It sells you very well on the idea that she’s a proud princess and makes it very satisfying once she slowly breaks down showing increasingly more skin to allowing herself to get groped.

    Gameplay:
It’s actually pretty good by rpgm standard, and for better or worse, it’s pretty involved.. There are a lot of systems in place for you to tinker with. There are different classes you can use, skill trees for each class, weapons and armor have slots that you can fill with extra blessings, and there’s an upgrade weapon system. The procedural generation of the dungeon and the randomness of the items in the dungeon make for interesting replayability.

It’s also very important to understand that progression in this game is tied to you clearing a majority of h-scenes in a set before the next set of h-scenes can be accessed. I’ll also cover this in the next section.

    Art/H-Scenes
I personally think the art is pretty good, and Leticia is quite cute. However, there isn’t that much unique CG, and assets are re-used very often. In fact, the progression of the game can be tied directly to what ‘stage’ you are at in terms of outfit. Starting off with a bath towel, then progressing into a swimsuit, and etc. Each set of h-scenes will generally only use a certain outfit. Then you exhaust those scenes and move on to the next set of scenes with the new outfit.

Tying everything together, what ends up happening is that most of the scenes tend to feel same-y. All of the scenes involve coaxing Leticia into wearing an outfit and then trying to get her to show more. Or having Leticia already in an outfit, and then groping her. And this isn’t helped by the lack of unique CG.

Some scenes can go on for very long, and because the game makes extensive use of emotes, it can also break up the pacing of the dialogue. Like you want to read more and more, but you need to wait for the character models on the screen to finish their little ‘heart’ emote that pops up all the time.

    Conclusion:
While the game has a pretty interesting combat system, and a setting that sells you Leticia slowly breaking down from princess to slut, there are just too many little things that chip away at the game.

The pacing of the h-scenes is clunky and slow. You have a distinct lack of agency when it comes to h-scenes as you typically have to go through a majority of scenes before you can unlock the next set. This means if you don’t like a certain h-scene thread, you might be out of luck and you’ll have to go through it anyways. The reusing of the same outfit for every scene and the lack of unique CG make a lot of the scenes feel same-y.

I don’t want to end this on all negatives though. 6.5 is still respectable. The scenes that are unique are incredible, and if you sit through some of the longer scenes, they are quite good. And, while yes you lack agency, this means they crafted the moments where she falls into degeneracy with intention, and it pays off (like when she finally gets groped). Also, they wrote out scenes for her pregnancy with just about every character in the game, which is insane lol.

I’ll be looking forward to anything else they make in the future.

Look, I don't know why this game has a good amount of hate.
    I would rate it 9/10 (I can't seem to click 4.5)

Main reasons why I like this. The gradual corruption is decent. There's multiple pregnancies for end game, with lots of cgs.

    Reasons why I dislike this
It's quite long for a game, and it has no animation.

8/10 if you like to play quick games. 9/10 if you're like me. 10/10 if you like gradual corruption with no animation?!(I think we found a alien).

This game is near perfect, a slow grind of eroticism. It takes a while(hours) to get to pentration, but with 100+ scenes, a decent story and a heroine that loooks like naruko what more could you want? My only gripe is the bad guys don't play more of a role in the story, I would of liked to of seen them harras her a bit before their bad ending.
