I read somewhere you need to add them in select file .... but.. oh wow... how am I gonna add charactes with the select file looking like..... that...?

why people still asking error and why cannot run the game here ?
the game is fine, except the uploader lock the game behind read only and stupid huge screen size that you need manually edit at mugen.cfg.
first remove read only that will block the game.
and the extreme common thing for every people play mugen know to edit your mugen.cfg with notepad and edit game resolutions manually

;In windowed mode, this specifies the window size.
;You can force an alternate resolution by uncommenting the lines
;below.
Width = 1920 < change this to your screen size
Height = 1080 < change this to your screen size.
I REPEAT, CLICK ALL FOLDER, REMOVE READ ONLY, OPEN MUGEN.CFG, EDIT THE SCREEN based on YOUR DESTOP SIZE LOOK AT DISPLAY SETTINGS.

hi, for me there's no d3d11.dll file but I still get the same error even after uncheking the read only, what do I do?
When you click to run torrent, a new window will open, that's where you're going to put the game and wait until it download, I recommend downloading an auto clicker bc it takes a lot of time.
The game will automatically go to your Downloads folder
Anyone know if you can swap out the character select for one that has more slots? This pack is great, but there is basically no space on the select to add more.
