so when I start the game as a male I instantly get turned into a female which was clearly not what I asked for is there a way to avoid this? cause kind of annoyed about that.

If you choose the voluntary male start point and the lesser treatment you will start off as a male.

Was the being fucked while trapped in a wall "dream" added in the most recent build?
