Sorry for the slow responses, been working hard on adding in the pregnancy update.
Hey, I played this game a while ago so I thought I would share some thoughts/suggestions on it. I think you really did a great job on it for being the only person working on it and I just wanted to thank you for putting your time into the game.
Firstly, I really like the a lot of the art for the game. I think that the ABDL art is especially adorable with all of the facial expressions. I also think you did a really great job on the writing of a lot of the ABDL scenes. The scenes with Hannah were my favorite, the teasing/domination on her part was amazing and I liked the way that it escalated (at least for the first few encounters). It did feel like there was something missing though after she left the main game and was relegated to the nursery because she sort of filled the role of this looming mischief to look forward to in her encounters. I think that adding more roaming characters to act as a "threat" could be something that adds a lot to the game. This would give a certain randomness to look forward to whenever leaving their room.
There is one aspect of the game that I feel could be improved upon a lot though. A lot of the transformations/effects feel like they don't really have much of an impact on the experience. For example, I could just have bunny ears and not even notice it. This applies to a lesser extent to the dominance/submissiveness trait as well. I think that a good way to fix this problem would be to use the roommates. Maybe whenever you go to bed they could have dialogue about whatever changes you have gone through recently (which could be transformations, changes to d/s ratio, or clothing like the diaper) with Alice teasing you or expressing excitement to go along with her transformation fetish and Jess offering sympathy or support. The d/s ratio could play into the roommates as well. For example, if your submissiveness trait is high enough Alice would disobey your requests and order you around for a change or something to that effect. They could also comment on whatever the trainers (ABDL, Petplay, Feminization?) put you through for that night since they should be in the room at the same time.
Those were just some of my thoughts/suggestions for the game and again, thanks for all the effort you put into the game.

Thank you for your feedback, it's always nice to hear my players thoughts on my content. I'm also grateful for your kind comments, and glad you enjoy. It makes my day to know that there are people who enjoy my writing, and Hannah really does come up often as a fan favourite character
I can understand your point about Hannah kind of disappearing. There is more content planned for her (both in the nursery and out of it), I'm just really slow at writing up commissioned content at the moment (pretty backlogged but getting better), so there will be more fun with her at some point.
As for otherwise looming threats, that's something I'm working on too but may take some time. Basically, the Trainer system was meant to fill that role, with more tiers within it (so there's more of a feel of progression), and more branching paths. Currently though, the only Trainer that's mostly done (but I still want to expand on in the future) is the ABDL Trainer, who has the task system implemented amongst other things in her second tier. Still need to do more work on the Pet-Play and Fem/Sissy Trainer's, and to get the Sub/Slave Trainer/s into the game
On the suggestion for keeping track of the changes the player goes through, that's a good idea but pretty hard sadly to implement. There are just so many possibilities, along with whether the player wanted those changes or not, making it too big a job for my workload to handle (I think I'd have to spend months working solely on such a system to implement it if it's even possible for me to). I also don't think I want the transformations to have too dramatic an impact on the character, as ultimately they're a relatively common cosmetic thing within the world (albeit more so within the facility), and getting them undone is completely plausible (with a few exceptions that is - some changes are bigger in all fairness). Sometimes limits have to be drawn, and this is one of those 'too big' suggestions for me to contemplate, so sorry about that.
On a brighter note though, more interaction with the existing roommates is planned, so some of your later ideas there might already be things that are coming

This is a extremely minor bug and probably doesn’t matter that much as you can just choose save to disk instead and the saves only use a couple of kilobytes but for some reason the saves keep getting deleted every time I shutdown the computer.

Sorry to hear that your game won't save locally, that is unusual. Sadly, that's not something that I can do anything about as the save system is part of the Twine/Sugarcube engine and not part of my own coding.
If you play this 'game' in incognito it will only be able to store the data temporarely. If you use it outside of incognito it should work fine.

It’s so weird going back to the road map and seeing which things you have made like the Medical Plaza for example. (I mean that in the best way possible of course.)
Hopefully I'll be updating the road map soon, but yeah, it's a nice way to see what work I've managed to get done over the last year or so

Good spot on the bug issue, must have changed the name on the scene so it wasn't finding it properly. Will try to get that fixed right away
Sorry if this is a stupid question but by final match do you mean the final match you’re going to implement or do you mean like the final boss of diaper racing? Like a character that’s super hatable and likes to cheat and you would have to beat everybody else in order to face them.
By final match I meant the championship match where the player will beat the existing champion and become the new one. The plans for it are either you'll face Malus, but his carer will cheat even harder than usual, or you'll face Aurora who'll have some fun new mechanics also. Needed to have two options as some people don't have male/female content in their game.

Yeah, I was hoping for more satisfying transformations but this falls into the "made them too easy" trap many of the text games do. It took zero effort to become my ideal futa and it has very little effect on the gameplay

A bit of a harsh comment, but sure, I'm always happy to hear feedback
Ultimately I don't want to make the transformations too hard to get for two main reasons. Firstly, on a gameplay matter it would lead to un-fun grinding, which I've actively tried to avoid being a major part of the game. Secondly, on a setting matter it's just not that hard to be transformed, it's part of the plot and the purpose of the setting.
I do have some plans for more permanent changes to the character (ways to make certain transformations harder to remove), but the fanbase of the game is pretty divided on these kinds of things. Some people are here to enjoy forced transformations, some people are here for playing the fetish content (and don't want anything really to do with the transformations), and some people want to customize their perfect character slowly over time. Hopefully you can see from that, that it does become more difficult to
Part of my plan is through the Trainer content to slowly lead the players who are looking for that kind of 'transformations need to have impact' through a path-way of them. That's just a while away from happening due to the planned schedule of the game. Heck, I'm tempted to have a difficulty option to limit usage of the clinic (and Fur Life) too so that players have to work harder for the changes and don't have an easy solution on them. Again though, I have to be careful to not spoil the enjoyment of the different player-bases of the game when I add these kinds of things in, which is why the best solutions often feel to be customization options.
Now futa content is something I've honestly just not done a lot with. It's not something I have much of a personal interest in, but I've done my best to accommodate it as an option for players who want it. I have to ask though, what kind of an effect would you want it to have on game-play?
