RAGS - Completed - The Retreat [v1.0] [Megaduck]

One of my absolute favorite games w/ bi content and demons and all that good stuff. The writing is fun without being overwhelming or slapsticky. The puzzles are challenging for 'best completion' but not 'need a walkthrough' level. The images are hot. Totally worth playing and been looking for a sequel to it since it came out... with no luck

This game has three things really going for it:
1. Its an actual game, not just a VN. Think of a point-and-click Telltale style game, just text based. It's also moderately difficult - you can't just click on everything or you'll get game over. But on the other hand you can watch enough porn to satisfy yourself and still get the Pure ending.
2. This is a corruption game where you can actually "win" and not turn into a corrupt cockslut.
3. Its a gay game, which is rare ~70% Gay 30% Straight porn.

The worldbuilding is really good. Young Christian gets tempted into becoming a horny cockslut is a big turn on for me. And towards the end I was getting Resident Evil vibes, which was also very well done. The porn writing wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. The pictures made up for it. There are 7 endings, but 5 are more like bad ends, so that you only really have a good Pure and Corrupt route.
It's also a bit unintuitive. I got stuck near the end unable to figure out why the pure route was locked, only to realize that you can't make pure choices if your lust is over 100. So I had to load a save and take off all my clothes before the scene. Use the walkthrough if you're stuck.
Overall a good game. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it just doesn't feel like something I'd want to come back to and play again.

Hands down the absolute best game on here. There are a lot of other great games, but this is the best. It's one of the few games that has a good amount of m/m content. That content is not avoidable, but there is other content as well.

The writing is awesome, lots of great easter eggs (including a shout out to the Mass Effect series), and hot pictures. The way Megaduck keeps the character tied to a specific actor (for the most part), was awesome.

A special shoutout to whoever put the RAGS game in HTML. I couldn't figure out RAGS for the longest time, so that was how I played it.

The game has a good history, I really like to read all the dialogues (especially with Z'rul). You have multiple possible ends and more of one patch in the game. There is a few puzzle in the game, usually u just need read and don't skip everything to solve them. The game has 50% m/m content and 50% m/f. it's a little hard don't see any of them in entire game, especially if you are a little curious and try to see everything. But, u can focus in see m/f or m/m

I really like it. the porn is good, but what I really enjoy are the conversations they have. Z’Rul is an excellent character. I really enjoy their interactions with the MC. If you want to evade all the M/M stuff, is difficult but possible. But I don´t want to.

Nice story and different paths through the game. But some puzzles and choices may cause difficulties. For example: you can easily miss access to the safe; several items have not been used until the end of the game. And for my taste a couple of models are extremely unpleasant

Overall it's a pretty good game though it tends to be heavy on the gay side of the porn. Which is kind of pain if you're a straight male (aka myself) but there's also a lot of straight interactions. So it's not all bad and the recent update to 1.0 changed it over to a html file instead of rags. Still feels like rags but it's platform independent at least. Story is easy to follow but the puzzles can be confusing at times or it's just my lack of wanting to see porn rather than read much.
