The game keeps crashing when I open it. Installed DirectX and renamed the files to shorter names, but nothing works.

Only if you want to reach endgame of course. It's completely optional if you settle for the ending.
does this already include the 2nd girl in the dlc? the one you work with? or is it only the succubus girl?

That is not 100% accurate, I checked the Uncensor files against the Vanilla ones from the current version. And the Uncensor is missing files as well as including outdated files.
Additionally, which I'm not sure is a problem since I don't know how the game loads the files, some of the png's are just blank instead of having uncensored images.
this might not lead to noticeable issues and I don't want to discredit BlueFireNick's work. But it's better to have accurate information.

I can't say for sure, but many files in the original game weren't censored initially; they had filters, and they were difficult, but still possible, to remove (especially with Art Money). And some scenes, even cuts, were censored. Similar cases are quite possible in the new scenes, but I was too lazy to check.

Going through the files for base and extension atm. some stuff is easy to uncensor, for other stuff I have to see what can be done. Hell for some it's hard to tell what it's even supposed to be under the mosaic xD
One issue is though, while GARbro can extract the files, I have no clue how to pack them again after I'm done
EDIT: ok managed the packing, but even though all the images for the Dick are non-mosaic now, it seems to pull a mosaic dick from somewhere
EDIT2: Ah so it does pull duplicate images for the ex_images.gpx, so replacing those lead to stuff being uncensored again. Now I can focus on seeing what I can uncensor still
EDIT3: Extension is a bit harder to uncensor since the Image relations aren't as clear. additionally there isn't a uncensored version for everything, which means getting cuttins to look right won't be easy. I mean what's the use of a uncensored anus if it doesn't move right when fingering,, right?

I hope my comment helped you with your case.
Regarding censorship and its types, it feels like several different "departments" worked on the game. And each department worked on different scenes or groups of scenes. And then all the different types of work were combined. Hence the different approaches to censorship and its presence/absence.
Therefore, I think it's highly likely that removing censorship gracefully won't work in all scenes of the game.

There's still uncensored assets in the image files, some don't have non-mosaic versions though. Biggest issue is still finding out if a mosaic is is handled as a "overlay" or it's own asset and how they relate to each other, since the game seems to pull from multiple different files for scenes. for some I can tell by the shape, or details that didn't get mosaic, for others like just a round mosaic I can just guess. Also I can't draw so new assets are kind of out of the question.
Looks like no new scenes or info about the president, just some more toys for the loli
