Is there a place to download/play 0.2c? Is that only on the Subscribestar? Or is there an even newer version?

On the one hand, author posted more art on subscribestar a month ago.
on the other hand it has been 17 months since the last actual update was released.
... hang on a moment. according to subscribestar v0.2b was released only 3 months ago.
And the current version (v0.2c) is not mentioned there at all, according to F95 it was released 17 months ago which does not make sense.
Anyone knows what is going on here? Also v0.1 is the last version to have release notes on F95. so no idea if something is actually being developed.
