Probably the only true sandbox game that is out there and I never see it mentioned anywhere is Lab Rats 2, most of the other games called that are called sandbox like BB and so on are in fact story driven games with multiple paths.
No it's much more than that. Randomly generated women with their own likes and dislikes + opinions if you install the mod. Sluttiness meter which decides of course her sluttiness which is mostly how slutty she will dress. There is also incest which you can but which you don't have to go through with. Basically you decide which girl you go for instead of being forced to do some stuff in specific sequence like in the other "sandbox" games like The Twist and other games where you need an actual walkthrough to get a specific girl. Only major downside is that besides the female model there is no male model so you can't actually see her be fucked by a dick.
