does the file already include the patch in patch.moe ? i heard they release the patch to include the prologue, also are the 18+ DLC include in this or is the different patvh

Any update on this? I finished the first ending but did not get any scenes. Maybe there are none in this route, so I still dont know whether to get the DLC added.

Just checked it myself, the DLC is already included. There is also a small patch included, I am getting version 1.0.1H in the version after adding it to the game.
