Really enjoying this so far. I think the pacing is pretty good, and I am really liking the art. Like someone else suggested, a proofreader would be great to catch some of the typos, but it reads pretty well.

Game has a 'cheating' tag. Post several posts before (that you were replying to) mentioned the mother. Since the mother is married (to father), the existence of a planned cheating tag can imply that a married NPC (mother or father) cheats. Since the person above was wondering about mother content, through reasoning it follows that a cheating tag could potentially bring content with her. (MC walking in on mother cheating on father for example)

I will be extremely clear, since it seems that you are not seeing what I am trying to say.

1. A cheating tag is planned, see 'Planned tags'
2. Your mother is married to your father.
3. Someone requested mother content.
4. There is no incest tag.

By point 4, there will be no content between MC and mother.

Thus, the only possible content the mother could have is with:
a) Your father
b) Someone else.

In the case of option b, i.e. your mother cheating on your father, the cheating tag comes into play.
