I noticed there is a specific item used for a lot of KW animations but I couldnt find a working download link. It's the Gloryhole item that used to be available on the lady moiraine website. If anyone could upload it here it would be greatly appreciated.
The previous answer is not entirely accurate. Dom/Sub is basically an alternative Version of Attraction in the KW Mod. And it is tracked seperatly - so if it is activated in the options most sims will have a dom/sub score towards other sims. This score can be incresed or decreased by mean actions (or receivin mean actions), including rape. If a Sim has the Dom or Sub trait, they simply start out this score much, much higher (or lower), but afaik it does NOT influence their acceptance for "regular" sex in any way. Instead, there is an "Order to..." interaction which allows dom Sims to command Sub Sims to do Kinky actions like undressing, or having Sex (both with the Dom or someone else) and when using these interactions the Dom/Sub relation will override all normal checks if those two Sims would have Sex with each other. Example: A homosexual male Sim is asked by an unattractive female Sim that he also hates for Sex - he will almost certainly decline, unless he is mortally horny or something. If, however, the male Sim in that same example had the Sub trait and the female Sim the Dom trait and she "ordered" him to have Sex instead, he would 100% accept, no matter the circumstances.
Sims do not need the Dom/Sub trait to use or receive the "order" interaction. A mean rapist will build up dominace over his friendly victim very fast and since the victim is friendly, they will never use mean interactions themselves, so once the score hits max (100 domination) it will stay at that level and at that point the Dom/Sub taits would no longer change anything.
Note that the system is not perfect. For example the number of interactions Sims can be ordered to use is very small. Also, once Sex takes place, it no longer matters if it was "default" romantically consensual or romantically dom/sub (still consensual) or agressive/mean dom/sub (basically rape) - once the Sex takes place it is just Sex, which means without changing the LTR settings the Sims will get a relationship boost from it (and the setting applies to all Sex as well).
In that regard, Dom/Sub is even less fleshed out than rape, as rape can at least be influenced by traits to have different outcomes. Dom/Sub cannot. It can only be successfull or fail, that's it.
What you described as your desired outcome would probably not work, because the Dom female would also order other Sims around and since the amount of interactions that can be ordered is very limited, there is not much scope in it.
You can use various other - even baseline Sims - methods of enthralling other Sims, like Aliens have Mind Control and so do Genies, but both of these options are very limited themselves.
DeviousDesires for Sims4 has more fetish options that sound like what you would want, but most of these are not complete and i find Sim interactions/relations in Sims4 to generally be lacking compared to Sims3, but still, at least the optics of the interactions would probably be more what you are looking for.

INTERESTING. Thank you. Yeah this is not quite what I'm looking for as a lifestyle Sim. I spoke Ella Noir who makes the Flirty Fetishes mod for The Sims 4 and she says she has some stuff planned along these lines.
anyone has the july animations set from ooOLalaCity ? The loverslab one stopped in february
this is way too convoluted. trying to find all the dependencies felt like digging for buried treasure from the 1500s. Once I did and put everything into the mods folder, the game wouldn't start. I give up. anyone who gets all this shit to work, props for them. not gonna spent an entire work day on this bullshit

In terms of functionality, I'd also like to know more, since I haven't tested any of the most recent versions yet. However, regarding content, I see that each of the authors decided to implement additional content separately.
The best of both worlds would be if the two versions were merged and both worked well.
But I believe Katie's version is the most interesting so far, in terms of content.
