These people have a funny definition of "stolen", everything made using the sims - Alpha or MM - belongs to EA, nothing is yours and the game's TOS is very clear about that. Any argument to the contrary is willful stupidity. Creator TOSs are a courtesy, no one is entitled to people fallowing them and I would argue creators who break EAs rules and/or jack Second Life and IMVU meshes can be ignored all together since they themselves don't show courtesy to other creators. I don't know Shelly outside of her work but I doubt she had some devious plan to steal BrandySims and trick everyone like some kind of cartoon villain, especially considering her shit was free and they have little to no audience crossover, she's never shown herself to be anything but a wonderful creator and asset to the community. Brandysims on the other hand is a thief and a leech who knew exactly what he was doing by publicly blasting another person to what are clearly rabid followers, he literally said "you have until [this date] to take [his meshes] down.", he threatened her and galvanized his followers into attacking her and he should be criticized and held accountable for that no matter what you think of Shelly using his hair base. Thank you to anyone pirating his crunchy busted ass CC, thank you to anyone defending Shelly against the Brandysims mob, thank you to anyone shining a light on these pay site roaches.
