A fellow connoisseur I see. 27 years I've been pirating things. I've not bought a thing off EA since they acquired Bullfrog. I do appreciate them creating this ecosystem though where I get the repeated satisfaction of getting new content unpaid for, and I really do enjoy the acquisition as much as playing, as well as generating CC creators after their own hearts. More pirating! Bliss!
I'm on a non-sims kick at the moment but i'm here to see where this goes next. I wonder if the Anadius launcher/torrent pack could be tweaked to include packs of CC/Mods?

The great question is how to organize the folders.
Is it necessary to put all the Mods in just one link ? To put in just one file server ?
Why not use one link and one file server for each type of MOD and CC ?
When you need to preserve information from prying eyes, the best thing to do is spreading it in many places.

I've been asking for this for a very long time for the games to inc. mods, very few do. I absolutely loathe Steam as much as EA which refuses to allow ppl to download them directly, you have to use the workshop etc. Total garbage and to me just as bad as Patreon

They tell everyone to use CCs or Mods 'at your own risks.'
TOU is a good thing, but they do nothing for this. They set TOUs but abandoned price and quality inspection of custom contents. How they can set TOUs to the contents they never take responsibility for?
As a result, It created this wild ecosystem. I'm curious about how it made marketplace with this vulnerable and uncertain facts.

I downloaded the animations that I needed from the MEGA Folder on day 16. I can try to put them somewhere when I have the time... ? I don't know but I'll keep you posted

No worries people, 2020 is almost over. As soon as Christmas hit, I will grant everyone's wishes. The presents are packed and are ready to go.No virus, No Ads, just straight up CC.

Put them on Patreon. So they can't even see what you leak unless they become a Patron... and in addition to it, what you gain in money goes to charity.
Hmmm... just wondering how turning the tables would work? I mean reporting pages to Patreon for DMCA violations.. Amongst other sites... Just wondering. They say what's good for the goose, is good for the gander...
Hi to everyone. EA did a very nice job with new skintones, but for those, like me, who had many custom tones it's a problem to use old ones.
So, I would like to share with you a (very) small guide to update your skintone to be used in cas.
I'm not a professional modder, I just tried something and it worked. I don't know if this really *IS* the way to fix the problem, but it worked for me.
You will need Ts4Skininator (available for free on modthesims).
Please, remember: always backup!
