Guys, do you know any CC replacements for the table settings (i.e. plates and utensils sims put on then you direct them to)? I swear I used to have some but I can't remember at all where I got them from.

While it is somewhat useful for finding duplicate files, it also recognizes duplicate files with DIFFERENT extensions. I'm only interested in Sims files, nothing else. Duplicate files should only be detected when they can affect the game. Pointing to extensions that are not recognized by the game is a waste of time.
This utility needs a LOT of maturing to be of any real use. Nice effort, but it really needs some extensive documentation to be useful. As it stands, it's pretty crude. S4TI has a far more extensive duplicate/conflict detector that works better and is much more user friendly.

Ugh! I just noticed the careers menu in my hospital mod isn't working right. Needed to force assign a sim to the Stripper career since the manage employees menu in the strip club phone options sucks ass even with cheats. I had the pool set to MF 100 and still didnt get the sims I wanted

i don't think they forgot. they know modders will pick up the slack for free or for a nominal cost (ie patreon). it's why they've fired most of the maxis staff or most of the staff has just left. they know they can do less with less. modders are basically independent contractors (without the tax benefit) at this point and EA sees no incentive to change that approach.
if modders realized that and just up and quit, ea either would be forced to either make a better game or just finally kill this franchise.
I understand what you're getting at but unless EA is planning on making Sims Wicked Whims Edition which is really why I think the game has endured for as long as it has, the other mods are just gravy. And there's no way EA can ever come out and say that they support Wicked Whims because of the public relations nightmare that it would create. Nor will they ever do anything to bite the hand that feeds them by preventing adult mods like that from being made in the first place.

Update: I fixed my careers menu in the Hospital Command Center but simply making a sim a stripper using that menu doesnt work. They need to be added to the employee pool. However there is a cheat in WW:
ww.stripclub_hire_dancer_sim <first_name> <last_name>
Which worked like a charm. I "might" add a reference to this in my mod if anyone has issues and can just select "Stripper" from the careers menu.
