Sorry, but that info is not correct. You cannot mix a legal version with the pirated one. What some people do is have both versions installed in different folders. That way they can get whatever dowload they want via gallery with the legal version and play the full game without origin/online/gallery bits.

If you do chose to install the packs over your legal game, you would need to also install the crack and not let the game connect via origin, or the whole process would be useless, since as soon Origin reads the game it will block the illegal packs.

If you want all packs just download the latest full version from FitGirl or the repacker of your choice, and keep your legal one for gallery downloads.

correct... because zlOrigin uses the exact same files as origin, you can use either. regular origin will ignore any DLC files and only load packs that you legally own. i cant recall if the gallery will let you download sims from packs you dont own, i wanna say no in game, but i could be wrong.

if im right, there is still a way around that via the sims website gallery. you can look thru the gallery there and when you see what you like from a pack you dont own, you can use an option thats something like add to my game. i forget what its called exactly. sorry, im very familiar with zlOrigin and little tricks like these, but im bored to death of sims 4 and rarely play it anymore, so my memory is a little vague. but hopefully this helps.

zlOrigin isnt pirated, i dont know how, but im pretty sure zlOrigin somehow connects to Origins servers. it uses the same interface as origin, and the files are the same, with no cracks. i think the zl developer found a way to connect to their own account and share the games that they own, which would exlpain why their is no wait for updates and DLC's.

you cant use zlOrigin DLC's while connected to Origin, those files are ignored by by the interface, and those files wont be harmed because Origin could have multiple user accounts on the same computer which those accounts may own different DLC's than one another, but origin would still use the same directory.

Origin can be used to download DLC sims and lots from the gallery, but they wont show up in a regular origin game.
the game must be played thru zlOrigin's servers for the DLC related downloads to work in game.

It's my understanding that ZLOEmu/zlOrigin works by mirroring Origin. These guys have their own servers that looks and feels like the real thing because it's an exact copy they host. It is possible tho that they found a way to fool EA and funnel more than 1k connections with different IPs going thru a handful of real accounts, but why risk it when you can just host it yourself? Do you know if you can use the gallery while using zlOrigin? If not, it's probably not the real think.

Now, for my explanation, the poster asked if he could download the illegal packs to use it with his legal copy, and that's impossible. You cannot mix both for the reasons I explained above.

I know plenty of people prefer zlOrigin, but I personally would not use it since 1) if the server is down you cannot play and 2) I hate the idea of being connected to something that I don't know what it is exactly. I'm not saying that they are doing bad shit, but I don't want to risk it. Especially when cracks are coming out so fast. Machine4578 has been breaking it on the same day of the release. Today Codex already released the full game with the update + 1st pet pack.

no, your correct, you can not use the gallery when connected to zlOrigin. thats the only downside. i'm glad to say i never found zlOrigin to be unreliable whenever i have tried it, but i do understand your reasoning for not wanting to. i also need to give a thumbs up to the person running zlOrigin, whenever i did happen to have issue, i'd just contact him via his discord server and he was always willing to help or provide needed tools to fix the issue, and usually responded in good time. i trust zlOrigin as much as i trust games for the world and fitgirl or here, i cant even think of anywhere else on the net that i give that same level of trust admittedly, or endorse and recommend. lol.

Does anyone know how that wicked perversions prostitution mod works? I signed up on my computer to be an escort. Selected the romance option try to whore and got declined. Im doing a rags to riches playthrough with some friends and I'm trying to only earn my illegal means
-I had max romance options with the sim i asked
edit 2- okay so I offered body to another sim they replied jack me of slut. So I did anal but Im not getting paid
