WickedWhims allows animators to add effects, like spitting/squirting/ejaculation, they aren't Photoshop.

I have not tried them for myself yet. At work now until 4 P.M. (only 8 hours to go )

Yes and yes. Legit or not it works, and the animations mods vary wildly in terms of quality, but for the most part are good. Try it out for yourself, the hardest part would be installing the game, after that it's just installing WW and copying files to the mod folder.
