Both mods can't work together, if you install both your saved game might get corrupted.

You probably have an outdated interface mod script that is interfering with the other mods
I had a similar problem, try removing the Tool mod and the Buildbuy

I use both mods and most of the time nothing happens with my game, sometimes the game crashes but it happens rarely ..

New Anarcis (#1397) just dropped yesterday, anyone have it? That and/or any of the other major players, lots of updates are available. Please and thank you! 
Just a heads up the new version of WickedWhims doesn't work with the latest version of NisaK. I don't know if it's a WickedWhims problem or that NisaK needs to be updated for the latest version of WickedWhims but at the time of writing this you cannot use both of them together. My game's UI was messed up on my current save and sims weren't loading in. I tried loading a previous save and the game straight up refused to load and I got a critical BE error stating the NisaK script file failed to load. I reinstalled the previous version of WW and everything's fine now.

I'm not using those mods I'm trying to remove some mods but the problem is not solved
Maybe try with better exceptions mod.
It has a patch compatibility and a mod conflict scanner, maybe you'll find some problems / irregularities with it

If that doesn't help, 50/50 it is. By which Jorak84 ment: going through the long process of removing half of your mods again and again and again and again until you found the culprit yourself. I've been there and done that too in the past and sometimes, it's the only thing that helps.
