Well, the ending where you escape the village as virgins and become lesbian lovers is probably good, even if it calls it "bad end 4".

F95 literally has a "loli" tag. This sorta content is allowed as long as it's not too extreme. Just by the fact these girls have non-flatboard chests already indicates they pass the check. The game would have to specifically state their age to be lower for the mods to ban it. It's also why petite characters also tend to get a pass in fantasy stories, as you can just handwave it as fantasy race shenanigans.

I doubt rule 7 exists for morality reasons. The owners of a porn piracy site probably aren't the sorta people who think "fiction = reality" like twitter antis. It probably exists for legal or financial reasons, to prevent governments from nuking the entire domain.
