I'm surprised that people are struggling with the combat. All you have to do is optimize your equipment and then use the the regen spell after Luna takes two hits and you're golden for every fight.
The boss floor can be a little tricky but if you bought like 5 herbs from slime girl's shop to the left you should be good to clear as using those as last second heals.

the vanilla moments between anon and luna are really cute, gives me hope for the pure route to be good.

It's been so long since I played an RPGM game that I had forgotten that they are tiresomely annoying, but this update reminded me of that so now I'm just going to wait for it to update a few more times and when there really is a lot of content I'll come back here, get a complete save and look at the images in the gallery.
I didn't think it would be in the vein of mystery dungeon games. just thought it would just be you couldn't control her

Damn... I purposefully failed in the first room. Realized it was annoying to lose, then beat the boss on the first try--Now I'm kinda too lazy to do it again... I lost to that room more than the boss lmao. I don't hate the combat system though. I merely hate the weakness of his spells currently

I hope the dungeon battle gets polished more, I wouldn't want this slow paced gameplay for all dungeons. There are many ways to make dungeon events without losing like traps that block Anons vision and hearing or enemies using some smoke or gases to immobilise him. I'd love to see more of battlefuck instead of losing.
nah, this is all the dungeon stuff that was supposed to be in the last update. 3 scenes only, all in the dungeon, lose to tentacles, lose to boss, lose to ghosts that show up later in that one empty room before the boss room

Yeah. Luna actually tells you to equip your gear right before you enter the combat areas if you chat to her right before you enter. Which is funny.
How do you defeat the spider boss? I've tried meditate or just spam heals but it's never enough.
