But at least they say they cheat on him, but with Luna he hasn't even tried so from his point of view he doesn't even know if the MC is big or small and he just dismisses him, while making the excuse that he loves him, I'm not asking for logic in this kind of games but it does feel a bit empty and the only thing that manages to draw attention are the images and some dialogues, of course not all the dialogues but it's understandable.

For example in Nimphomania Priestess which has almost the same mechanics of showing the girl on one side of the screen they let us play from the perspective of both characters and although the MC is also dumb he's not a blank slate and has his moments so yes you can call it NTR because the girl does express that she loves him and the corruption is progressive so you can even see in the dialogues how she tries not to give in quickly, going back to the point.
Sana is not talked about because she is unsalvageable and Luna leaves a lot to be desired because she is as flat as the MC. Another example of another game with similar mechanics and heroine is Fox Girls Never Play Dirty, since the progress is also noticeable and does not sin with the excuse of the micropenis and shows us that experience is also important, and I just want to give my two cents with criticism to the Creator even if I don't see them so that it doesn't run out of creativity and takes a year to update like other Creators XD

Spider boss is tough just because it's a lot of damage. Start the fight with full mana, never buff atk and use the hot only when luna has started to take damage.

Heal wise, you use the hot once after luna has taken damage. It ticks immediately so if you buff at the start one tick is wasted.
After that dodge the small spiders and spam 1, the main heal to keep luna up. Should do the trick.

You can also use magical shells to prevent being interrupted when you can't dodge the spiders and mana potions. I think you get some of these when talking to people or looting some chests somewhere.

The last game (Sana Dancer) was like this too... however, I feel like this has become a purposeful design / story-writing choice. And I actually prefer it this way.

Headpat Games seem to prefer little to no negative emotional / misery NTR (if you look past some parts of Sana's ch3). And HG truly wants the most oblivious, most dense protag possible. For these reasons, there is pretty much no purpose to build MC and Sana / Luna's relationship further beyond the most basic establishing setting - they're boyfriend / girlfriend, that's it.

The most compelling evidence of all is that HG has made in-universe lore that animal girls are almost impossible to keep monogamous.

Backing evidence (most sane Headpat Games enjoyer):

1. - Both games have a sex counter for the foxgirl. In the Dancer game, even if you do everything to prevent NTR and the game straight-up tells you that Sana never had sex, the counters LIE!!!
   • With Sana, there are MANY times where the sex counters only go up if you choose to watch the scene. For example, in chapter 2, Fief gets Sana to fuck a dude in the tavern. You can choose whether to climb a tree to catch a glimpse of it. This is not quantum physics. Not observing the scene does not change reality. Sana still has sex with the guy, and she has the SAME shifty dialogue when you ask her about it later regardless of if you watched or not. Yet the counters will still claim she's had zero vaginal fucks.
   • This is just one example. There are many more. And I'm not even counting all the sex Sana had in the orc camp... of which the sex counters do not track if you choose to not watch the scene. Again, reality does not change from non-observation.
2. Sana's lewdness score is what dictates what acts she's willing to do. HOWEVER, there are some scenes that break these rules! I will be listing these in reverse for reasons that will become apparent.
   • Lewdness max - All sex acts, Sana willingly initiates gangbangs.
   • Lewdness 4 - Almost all sex acts, Sana actively gets off on the idea of cucking you.
     • This is also the threshold requirement to sign her up for the booth jobs in town 4 (the door is blocked by a carpenter until she has lewdness 4)
   • Lewdness 3 - Sana begins having willing vaginal sex acts and actively initiates them.
     • She will open her paizuri booth in town 1 at this stage
     • Sana will begin to get up to shenanigans with Fief across all towns at this stage
     • In the cutscene upon finally leaving Karl's mansion (after Bnui date), Sana will claim that she wants to work at the mansion again since "Karl is so nice to his staff". She only says this if her lewdness is 3+, otherwise she is eager to leave
   • Lewdness 2 - Sana will reluctantly, either through pressure or manipulation, have oral sex, paizuri, and handjobs. She still will not initiate sexual acts.
     • Fief will try to get Sana to do things across all towns, but Sana will refuse
   • Lewdness 1 - Does not exist, is skipped over
   • Lewdness 0 - Sana does not initiate any sexual acts. HOWEVER, she is STILL incapable of saying no to someone groping her or having a cock in her face
     • Normally, Sana can only be groped to increase her lewdness at this stage. However, lewdness 0 is where the rules get broken. Sana can be put into several situations that causes her to cheat even at lewdness 0:
       1. The gardener in town 2 uses a common plant (I don't remember, foxglove or whatever) to put Sana in heat. She then willfully has vaginal sex with the gardener!! This isn't even the biggest rule breaker.
       2. Sana will suck off a gloryhole cock when resting in the crappy bed in town 3.
       3. The moment you enter town 4, Sana is forced to wear a vibrator that Karl has access to 24/7. She wears it for the rest of the game.
     • The biggest exception is when Sana willfully has a gangbang at Lewdness 2 in the town 2 tavern!!!! ALL of her counters go up from this event (vaginal, anal, tail fluffed, etc.)
3. It is in-game lore that foxgirls are literallyphysically and mentally incapable of resisting a big cock. There is not a single instance where Sana or Luna 'walk away' after seeing one
   • There are, however, two very flimsy exceptions...
     • Luna, after being molested in the bathhouse, will not willingly go back for cock after the fact unless her lewdness is 3+
     • Sana, in town 1 (not town 2), has a scene where she blows someone in their house while kneeling at lewdness 2. However, if her lewdness is 0, she's only shown kneeling in the house and the guy doesn't whip it out. What did Headpat mean by this?
4. Main character in Dancer has a micropenis (is confirmed in a scene). I wouldn't be surprised if main character for Luna also has one.
5. Main character in Dancer is so unbelievably dense that he cannot recognize Sana if she wears any sort of facial covering. Yes, even a transparent cloth is enough to fool him.
6. Sana will always lie to main character about her having sexual acts. ALWAYS. Even if she is at Lewdness 0, she won't tell main character that she fucked orcs in the forest.

... I could probably go on even more. But this has become longer than I thought it would be. Schizopost, or superfan-splaining? You decide.

I want to talk about where the party is heading so there will be big spoilers. Look away!!

Anon and Luna are heading to the second town now. We're not even closed to finished in the starting town but I want to develop the story and move Luna's... progression forward!
There's still stuff on the to-do list like properly managing Luna's clothing damage and... meeting other helpful adventurers when Luna's clothes are torn up. This stuff will be ready before we go into the second dungeon!
So we will be going there by train, which is a huge pain in the butt!! Just let us through already!!

In Sana's game you would travel between towns with teleporters which is boring.
This time I'd like to have cooler stuff like trains, boats and airships and if you have a cheap ticket you keep getting held up and separated from Luna for some reason.
Make sure to buy the proper tickets from official sources so your travels can be smooth and fast!!

Regarding Lucy, I like her a lot but she will have to stay behind in the first town. She's a low level boss after all-

Nevermind that, it seems Lucy tries to follow the party into higher level areas. That can't be good!
I hate it when people in MMORPG games drag high level monsters into lower areas, it's so dangerous!! This is the other way around somehow.
Regarding gold, it's nice to have other ways than dungeon farming to earn gold. I want to see Luna in a bar waitress outfit and it just so happens that the only place available at first will be a shady tavern.
If Luna can work to earn money I'm trying to think of a way to make it not spammy if the player just wants a lot of gold fast.

Having Luna work too often could result in something like a stat decrease but that's not interesting or fun. A bad end? People will actually want to see it. It's really difficult to come up with any sort of punishment in an NTR game that's not accidentially rewarding the player!!

But maybe I don't need to overthink it. By now, the player should know not to take their girlfriend into shady taverns full of monsters anyway. I trust you guys!

Let's talk about the second town! And some other stuff in the future.

For this update I wasn't going to do anything dungeon related but that plan went out the window so Anon and Luna can now level up and buy better gear.
I don't want to put too much time into balancing right now so the first dungeon might become super easy with the character upgrades.
We'll crunch the numbers later! And that's if Anon can even afford them.

Speaking of affording things! You guys know what gives a lot of money? Winning in PvP.
After learning from Raze, Luna got pretty good at fighting other players so it will soon be time to register for the Arena.

But for some reason the fights are super stacked against Luna.
She's basically guaranteed to lose every single one of them. Unless...?

I'm still debating if I should make this into difficult bossfights (Anon helping from the sidelines, which is technically cheating.) or fun little puzzles.
I don't have any art for this yet so there's still time to think about it.
We will most likely work on this in the update after the next one.
The arena will require a lot of art because you can probably guess what happens if Anon fails and she loses.

Also to clarify something that people keep asking, Bea, Pudding and Jam are coming along as well.
Similar to the elves in Sana's game but this time I want them to have scenes in every town.

But where's the update!? Headpat you are taking too long!!
The update is quite big! I'll play it super safe and say: Some time this month!!
I say this just for safety from pitchforks.
We're not super close to finishing but the next news post might already be the update.
I am so bad at predicting exact release dates I'm not even going to try this time!
