Sana was left like a virgin next to Luna, with Sana it made a little more sense, I mean aphrodisiacs cast spells and a very annoying goddess who hates the protagonist for simply being born, and Luna has a "boyfriend" a house, they live together and yes I know I already read that excuse of heat but I repeat the heat makes the female attack the closest male even if he doesn't give in she will make him give in, but she although I know the game is not complete she has already sucked the cocks of the father of the church, and also Raze in the tavern bathroom, she agreed to have provocative photos taken and she liked it, she jerked off a goblin, masturbated the owner of the bathrooms and even complains to the MC for supposedly being with another girl and after that she returns to the bathroom with the owner of the place XD, pudding I forgive her a little although her hatred for the MC confuses me and she does everything without hesitation or embarrassment and what the MC gets is a "kiss" that wasn't even a kiss and then there's Raze who just brings him home just because and then blames the MC for not kicking him out, hits him when the MC starts to doubt and calls him a pervert for spying on his "girlfriend" in the bathroom but doesn't hesitate to go in with the guy she probably knew for a day or two and I keep asking what the fucking rose is for, that mother seems like she's not going to be anything XD

That's what I'm talking about, the basic thing for the game to be an NTR is to have a lover being stolen from you, that doesn't happen here and it doesn't seem to be happening, since the lover hates the partner and she herself takes the initiative in the betrayal scenes, it's a "cheating" game but not "NTR".

I honestly don't understand, Colette's NTR Adventure is made the same as the Luna and Sana game but Colette has more interaction with her boyfriend than Sana and Luna together in a short version and it is shown that they love each other since she invites him to bathe together, they go on dates and sleep in the same bed because I repeat they are boyfriends who live together but Luna and Sana although they justify it by the term of race does not justify the indifference to the MC and they treat him as they would treat a sticky friend sincerely it is very difficult for me to think of this as NTR and more as the brother protects his sister from the bad ones XD

It's kinda wild to me just how many people don't seem to see Luna as protag's girlfriend, or at least don't seem to understand their relationship. Seems pretty clear cut to me that Luna is a tsundere. They're in a relationship, they've never (that I can recall) denied being in a relationship, Luna is just a particular (and oftentimes hypocritical) mix of shy, insecure, and romantic. She wants MC to be the one making moves, being protective, and just generally wearing the pants in the relationship, but she's too insecure to just come out and say anything about it. She just drops subtle hints (that she thinks are obvious) while saying the exact opposite of what she really wants, and gets upset when he respects her words and backs off. This is, like, one of the biggest character stereotypes out there.

Girl likes boy, boy likes girl, girl is too stubborn to admit she likes boy, boy respects girl's boundaries, girl gets upset. It's the same idea, they've just made it far enough that they're dating, but haven't gotten past the communication issues of her being a tsundere yet, thus the whole "they don't even seem like boyfriend and girlfriend". They're not all lovey-dovey, and Luna will probably smack MC if he tries to be, but that's 100% what she seems to want according to her internal dialogue.

They're dating, they're just not communicating well. Luna's being a tsundere, and MC is missing all his queues. It's not hard to pick up. Would a few extra "hey guys, this is my boyfriend Anon" introductions from Luna help? Where's the disconnect between the story and the reader coming from here?

Well, it's not very noticeable because all that insecurity goes on sabbatical when she's with the others and a tsundere doesn't go and open her legs to the first guy she saw just because if tsundere want the attention only of that person that they consider important to her and Luna hasn't shown any of that, I mean hitting the MC for trying to take a step into the bathroom which saved their "relationship" in quotes because the tsundere was with the other guy in the bathroom XD

you search Tsundere and you get this and Luna gives a 190 spin of a Tsundere "Tsundere" (ツンデレ) is a Japanese term that describes a character who, initially, appears cold, distant or even hostile, but gradually reveals a warm, kind and caring side, especially towards their romantic interest.

I hope a reverse ntr occurs here to resolve this situation. Basically, the Mc finds a girl and has several non-sexual encounters so that in the end there is a path in which the Mc leaves Luna and stays with the other one. The only other option without having to remodel the story is the Mc discovering and accepting the situation, becoming a mix of netorare and netorase (the reason for accepting her cheating on him is because he is too in love with her to live without her).

I think everyone's forgotten that the premise is that Luna and Anon aren't in a relationship... Yet.

It's clear both are into each other, but neither has made things official.

Now all that's left is to find that "kind, warm, caring" side. I sincerely hope that's not it because it doesn't seem at all fun or gentle like it was with Sana. It even seems cruel to me.

Anyone want to guess how this protagonist dies? We've already seen one die at the hands of the weakest monster in some magical worlds: the slime, and the other protagonist run over by his wife. I'm guessing this protagonist has a heart attack from the shock of discovering his girlfriend cheated on him for a game and a dildo.

Slime vary from weak to strong and the mc in the first game wasn't ran over by his wife. It was the guy chauffeur how hit him.

so it's not NTR?
NTR doesn't even explicitly require a pre-existing relationship, just a feeling of something being lost or stolen. You can absolutely have NTR without two characters dating so long as one or the other feels like one of them is being stolen away from the other. In this case, MC is completely oblivious, but since Luna feels like she's being stolen from MC, the game is NTR.

It's NTR at this point. The most recent update literally has dialogue setting up that Luna has expected the MC to step up, and becomes flustered when he doesn't. That and the constant guilt faces she keeps giving him because in her mind they are something that could still happen, not realizing how she isn't built for a 1:1 relationship. The MC also confirms when he has tried to push things as evident in his dialogue with the shower scene, Luna berates and doesn't allow him to take that step. Which then feels like a weird cock tease and makes me feel bad for the MC now.

This is literally an NTR predicated on the relationship being a will they/won't they trope, but instead of two characters realizing they like each other or admit to it, it's just Luna being too dumb to realize her nature and mentality doesn't want a regular relationship.

The big difference between her and Sana is MC agency. Because Sana certainly was a bit of a tease herself, and also seemingly did things with others while trying to hide her true face, but this was in relation to the MC to allow the state of things to occur.

Which is why I think a change of relationship is better at this point, because it just feels like bad end NTR versus the sort of harsh but still fun NTR Sana had.

Again I still plan to see how this goes, I really enjoy the style and overly funny ntr plots the creator makes, but the update certainly did create a sort of dissonance that I feel makes the relationship between the MC and Luna less happy go lucky.

so it's not NTR?
It has been NTR, as the person who commented to you pointed out. However, the creator did say on the start of this new project it wouldn't be NTR in the standard situation that you can choose whether or not they engage in NTR actions, the actions will still occur. NTR was somewhat hazy initially with this project, because it was basically two friends deciding to live together. And the MC has a fetish for the LI furry tail, but the way he talked about her was like a father/brother looking after a delinquent child. The LI on the opposite end has made various comments however, that they don't want the MC being in sexual situations, viewing sexual things, or otherwise, while clearly pining for some sense of affection from the MC.

The big thing for me this update, was the fact they have both now have had minor pieces of dialogue pushing this somewhat vague relationship, into full on both want something more than their current relationship sort of territory. With Luna expressing her desire for the MC to take charge and get jealous/defend her against Raze. And the MC stating prior times when he has attempted to initiate or have a possible situation arise from a showering situation, Luna pushes him away/yells at him for being a perv.
