You've got that backwards. Just due to the fact that BSS is a subcategory of NTR, you can have NTR without BSS, but you can't have BSS without NTR. That's just how categories work. Every square is a rectangle, but not every rectangle is a square. BSS is a type of NTR, just like a square is a type of rectangle. If something is BSS, then it is by definition NTR.
Not going to continue arguing this point, I don't know how much clearer I can be. If you still don't get it, there's nothing I can do to help you understand.

I still think side characters need more of a connection to the MC.
Like maybe Bea should be someone the MC already knows?
Slime is fine how she is. Maybe she should be able to talk or interact with the MC more to for him to feel so conflicted when he see the boob job scene on his pc.
The boss monster really has no connection at all to the MC. I assume she's just there for fun scenes that aren't connected to NTR at all but I feel like maybe the MC could've built up a connection to her first. Maybe offering her her to be something more than just an mid boss NPC some how, but it just leads to her getting fucked.
I like a lot of the idea behind this game but I feel like a lot of them aren't really aiding in the central NTR aspect.
It just makes me think of like NTRpg where even if there were side girls they had some sort of connection to the MC so it was still NTR.

the issue is from the tagging system used here. Neotorare is not the same thing as Neotarse which is not the same thing as Neotori.

they both started out fairly innocent then get sexually assaulted, then go with it, once they've been corrupted.
but she wasn't totally down day 1 by any means. not to mention this whole 'verse runs on 'animal girls get super horny and will fuck anyone' seemingly. doesn't really make it not ntr as much, just because she's easy though.

I'll correct you, "Animal girls get super horny and don't sleep with just anyone," because if that were the case, the protagonist would be dry and could say that the girl was looking for someone to truly please her, and Sana, despite being a slut, is saved by her mother's upbringing, which is unforgivable. He hypnotized his girlfriend, and with a goddess who hates him for being born, it's hard for the guy to win. But nothing stops Luna from being with her "boyfriend," and even Sana, despite being a slut, paid more attention to him than Luna has shown him so far.

In my opinion it's a good game but I can't like it because of the distribution of scenes, there is no way to unlock a scene clearly, you just have to be lucky for the scene to happen, furthermore the game is very monotonous since for the scenes to occur you have to keep moving randomly around the map, my rating is a 6/10, the gameplay is weird even for an RPG, the story seems incongruent but the "scenes" are good.

Positively goofy to me the way people are so hung up on the theming in this game. I come back to check my notifications after a day or two and it's three more pages of y'all going back and forth on whether they're really in a relationship or HOW the harassment and sex work since it's a video game. Keep it up, it's funny to read.
For some people having a firm grasp of the specifics is key to their enjoyment of a game. I don't personally care much, I'll enjoy the game regardless of whether I can grasp exactly how mechanics work or whether it falls into one specific niche or another, but I do enjoy me some debate here and there.
