In general: if it's only one or two detections then it's probably a false positive, especially if it's by Jianming or that other one with 'max' in the name or something. If it is ≥3 OR by a well-known antivirus then I'd start worrying.

It is just the raze update if you are downloading from F95Zone, but it includes the rest of the content because its 0.2.3 compared to the 0.2.2 version uploaded here on F95Zone. This version was grabbed straight from itch.io using the password locked version because I'm a payed supporter of the dev! (Also at the time of uploading the link, I'm pretty sure the update was not out on the public/free access itch io.)

that's a level of the Luna status screen with Ryze. Changes a few times as corruption increases. if you want to go back and see it it's all the way in the upper right of the gallery

just take everything from www/img directory of the game slap it into a decriptor (you could find it easy online like this one
