Unfortunately, I can't access the game page and it direct me to the home page for some reason, I'm not 100% sure but I guess the store has some new policy regarding the overseas users, also some games has gone completely from the store like "Kokuhaku game" and I don't know why.

Certain tags (shouldn't be hard to figure out which) are blocked for overseas users. Use a VPN if you want to access that page.

Is it AI? Because I'm pretty sure the game doesn't use it, or at least that's what I believe, and if I use a VPN, can I still purchase the game in my account?

nobody cares about AI, its only about the lolicon tag, in some countries dlsite and all releated services are completely banned, for others only games with the lolicon tag is banned.
I was surprised by this game, its pretty good. Story is not as slop as their previous titles and the scenes are hot too. They did a good job. One con is the combat, its very easy and boring + the mc being too naive.
Edit: One more thing,I think they were very rushed because the story realy picks up the pace at the later half of the game, a bit too fast in opinion and, the recollection room is bugged so I dont recommend playing it now and wait for bug fixes.

Also the game took 4 yesrs in the making, hopefully it sells well. I love it already far more than the previous works from the developer.
Edit: the game might take some time to upload since it's like 10GB, katfile and mexashare can't take this much without it being divided into 10 parts at least.

good news:
It's up on anime sharing community, and It's not 10 parts but rather 6, still it's gonna take some time to download. mexashare is the fastest out of the presented links but it get taken down faster than the others so get on with it:

Just picked this one up. I really loved the first succuseka despite some of the budget limitations, so it's good to see this one is significantly bigger than the first.
Hopefully we can even get a global version like the original succuseka had, especially since I've been having trouble getting Luna/textractor to work well with this game when I tried the demo. It's very rare we get bigger budget femdom centered succubus games in general, so I'd love to see the game do really well.

You can unlock the whole gallery in the game at very beginning, when you're presented with your first choice, chose the first one and you'll unlock it.
I myself wanted to experience the whole scenes from the start to finish not just the h scenes, so i didn't do it
