OK, guys I need your help. I try to download this game, but I have always some error and to i get a crash I tried to delete and reinstall again in Japanese local I try everything but I have always error. Maybe someone can help me.

You should try to unzip it using a Japanese decode (Winrar has it, sadly I don't remember the exact name of the feature).
EDIT: I downloaded the file and used this option (my PC is in Italian, but "giapponese" means "Japanese")

How did you get the true ending?

I can't be 100% sure since I replayed the game 2 times and tried different approache in each walkthrough, for example:

Yeah i think without knowing the exact choices, it's a bit hard to replicate. Dismissing all the temptations isn't enough apparently

I genuinely believe you should replay the whole game, because I tried starting from a save file but I got the same ending even though I tried doing different things, and as I said, try different choices from the first time you played and I think there is one choice that affects the ending:

Just found a walkthrough:

Either type of Ys is fine.
If you want to fill in the memories yourself, choose "I want to take it easy."
At first, it's a good idea to save frequently to see the contents of all the options.
If you proceed to the end while choosing all the options, you will usually reach the normal ending.
The text color of the option you chose will change, so it's easy to tell.
At this stage, Another Story on the title screen and some Omakes will be unlocked.

There's 2 games that comes to my mind:
First one is SHRIFT II, you can lose to any monsters and the story will continue as usual, the only difference is that the monsters are still roaming in their area and you can refight them.

the second one is named ザコに勝たなきゃ進めない!

You're a hero trying to defeat a demon lord but along the way you fight monsters, you can win and be the hero everyone aspires to be or lose to them repeatedly until you have to beg them to let you through.
