Why not just use tfgames?
I’ve probably spent more time on this site than I’d ever admit and have learned an important thing: when you want to get in the specifics, the current tagging system is tough. I’ve seen brilliant lists already on here that rectify the problem in their own way with their own niche, the list down below will attempt to fill out the transformation genre. Namely: games where there is a substantial amount of content that includes physical and/or extreme mental transformation (like mental regression).
Each game listed will have several different pieces of information that will hopefully help anyone that stumbles onto here aching for transformation. You should be able to ctrl+f any of the options. These notes include:
Notes on some themes:
I cannot play every single game on the site for the list unfortunately, but I will be more than willing to take any submissions if you try to follow the format shown above. I will miss many but hope to make this the most complete list eventually. A changelog will be provided for any additions/removals to the list and when.
The list will primarily feature more Western NSFW games but will also accept any good submissions for non-Western games. Additionally, f95Zone games will be the primary focus but can include tfgames and itch for example.
Finally, many of the categories for each game will be not 100% accurate (especially for specific themes) and will eventually be updated fully. I don’t have the time to go through everything and determine if something should be added, but each category should have sufficient content to determine it.
The list will be in alphabetical order. The initial list will not have every game but will receive additions on my own time, mainly due to time constraint. I will initially not be adding any tfgames exclusive games primarily because the search features are quite good already on there, but can add some if asked. Enjoy and please let me know if you have any additional feedback!

Notes on some themes:
- Bimbo & Lewdification: Bimbo includes stereotypical mental (iq loss, dumbification, general bimboness), lewdification is just body and getting a lewder mind.
- Bimbo & BImboP is more natural vs more plastic.
- Regression: Mental age regression.
- Sissy & Feminization: Sissy focuses on mental (sissy and humiliation themes) which could lead to physical and doesn't really go the full way, feminization is mainly just feminizing which could lead to mental changes and usually goes the full way.
- Job Specific: Turned into the ideal of a job when you didn’t have anything connected to it previously. Example: normal person transformed into maid.
- Artificial: Think robotic.
- Furry Adjacent: Think cat girl or cow girl.
- Objectification: Essentially turning into an object, like dollification or toyification
- Inanimate: More extreme of objectification
