Not really. Someone could try to take and shove images into the game file, but there would need to be story and other elements added. Even making a Gallery out of them would be hard, as they are not all the same dimensions.

There is someone that has been doing a mod for the game and has put in some new artwork and is currently working on incorporating many of the extra images into the game, mostly from the Patreon selection. You can go here to see the mod and download it.
