Ahh okay gotcha. Yeah I think that safely rules out SimBro for... well, forever
So just played The Pilgrimage and it definitely belongs here: BF from the monsters you fight as well as from the FMC once her Lewd stat gets high enough. For those that haven't played it, do not let the first part fool you; I was pretty turned off by the janky animations at first, but it gets much better later on.

for The Pilgrimage there is no bf till the bear part but in The Pilgrimage CH 2 (which is in early dev) bf is supposed to be center stage
Strange. For me, every attack is some kind of stripping or BFing, and as lewdness increases, she can taunt the monsters into attacking her. But it's not center stage, though, so i'll understand if it doesn't get posted!
Basically, every attack from an enemy rips your outfit and/or is a sex attack. As you increase lewdness, you get access to the face with the tongue out, which taunts the enemy into attacking, and even later, you get a tranq that allows you to seduce the monsters.

You're right, IDK why i forgot about the hallway battles I was, I thinking of the fights vs the hounds with Tika, my bad theres a lot more BF then i remembered XD.
So i just played Pilgrimage and now im trying out chapter 2 (essentially Pilgrimage 2) and i just wanna say, holy shit chapter 2 shapes up to be the best battlefuck game out there imo
there's barely any content rn, it first prototype came out like few days ago. but god damn that game has enormous potential, especially considering game 1 was reaaaally well made

I once played a game, though it was not r18, there was a mod that adds battle fuck mechanic to it. You play as a succubus and can initiate sex fight. The mod brings upon a mechanic that revolves around stamina bars.
In the fight, both you and the enemy has them, and for each cum, the stamina decreases. Whom stamina bar reaches 0 first loses and is punished. The fight starts with you choosing a sex position (different position gives you different actions to do, accompanying with both disadvantages and advantages), each action you chose can give various effects: from raising the pleasure gauge to make the enemy(enemies, yes you can have 1v2, 1v3, and 1vN battles) cum, or raising the sensation gauge to make them raise pleasure faster, and to holding your pleasure or regain a tiny bit of stamina, etc. When you cum, you will lose the leading and the enemy can change the current sex position to another that can bring them advantages, and the same for them: they cum, then you can change the position to your liking; however if you chose to use a submissive position, special enemies with special traits can freely change the position to what they want without the need to make you cum. There are also traits for the enemies that can give them various effect (such as: sadistic, masochist, great stamina, cum more semen which can significantly raise your pleasure per cum etc.). You gain power per cum received and use them to upgrade and buy new "sex technique"; you can also collect your own cum to raises some other stats.
It was a great mod, but sadly the creator has stopped to support it, so now I end up finding a similar game.

Won't lie, majority of 5/5 games on this list are bad at what I believe battle fuck should be about. Tunnel Escape or Kunoichi Botan is a quite good example of what they should be about. Give gameplay to the sex, not just make sex part of the gameplay. Sadly there is very little games like that

I'm seeking the same type of game type you mentioned there but unfortunately there is nothing new for me as i have everything already, my disk drive has only 140gb left out of 931 but Shadow of Yidhra which is getting a sequel it seems
