I've wanted the Karen model to use in VAM for a while but AFAIK the easiest way would be to get DAZ and make it since it seems to be mostly premade settings, then convert it to VAM which I can't find a way how.

All made by myself and there are some more being made (slowly, LOL).
Karen's model has been slightly modified from Stiglets original to give her more natural look to her breasts and to allow her nipples to swell and the chest to get a nice weight increase.
My PFP is also custom made and I will be making more renders with her soon. Probably not for everyone as she is middle eastern and is becoming more accepting of her natural bodyhair. Message me and I can send you the high res artwork of her.
