First of all, I'm playing on Android, do i have to uninstall the 12.4 version and then install the 12.5? Or do i have to download a different file like just an update?

That's every label in the game. Not just from the mod. It looks like you have install the mod incorrectly so you have 2 copies of each file. Check inside your game folder to make sure you don't have another game folder in there, or a "The Visit TheTeam's Mod (0.12.5)" folder anywhere. If it's the latter you need to merge the game folder taht in there your you games "game folder".

I have the same problem, I freshly installed the game and copy the contents from mod folder into the in-game folder, when I launch the game, it automatically recreates chapter.rpy files

Hey guys this is a common error that only pops up the first time you load a fresh extract of a game when installing a mod for games that don't already have loose rpy files, as in they are compressed within rpyc's or rpa's. You just need to either click Reload, or quit and restart the game. Renpy needs to essentially initialize the rpy files to overwrite the data that is in the compressed game files and you shol dbe good to go.

I had the same issue. Like Shaddy said, in the error screen, just hit reload. Then the game will open normally. Thanks for the help.
