Good morning, can I know what friendship level you need to reach to be able to enter the houses? For example, to enter Lady's house, how much friendship is needed? I'm 35.

You get the keys by completing quests for the NPCs who own the houses. This is not yet available for all NPCs, but you can also get them with (very) a lot of friendship points.

You have to work with the mechanic on cars in her garage, and she gives you one to thank you because she doesn't pay.

Maybe someone needs it, maybe in the future, or for myself, I'll leave this here and add to it as I progress.
28 hours of gameplay, a few cheats for adding potions and changing stats. At the very beginning, because of this, I didn't see how I was counting half of Alison's quests. But here's what's currently in my first save:
1. Completely completed Alison's quest
2. Completely completed Cherry's quest (she's not finished yet).
3. I'm actively progressing through Ava's quest, quest 8.
4. I started Dani's (Gym Administrator) quest, quest 3. (The initial quests of 20 conversations and 10 help were a bit exhausting.)
5. Elsa's quest 15, Piper's quest 6.
6. Kendra's quest 6, Sophie's quest 5.
7. Valentina's quest 3.
Completed on version 0.40.
I'll add more until I finish saving for 0.40 or other versions.
